I forget the installers name that came out and brought the Bosch 800 Dishwasher, but what a 1 man show. The install was very well done, and with fast install. Im guessing 30 minutes in and out, from leveling, install everything hooked up and tested. Explained the starting of the new Dishwasher. Will have all purchases that need installed done this way. No stress or things going wrong if id done it....Very pleased

Those installation guys are experts. But I'd suggest you check the installation manual by yourself just in case some minor items may be ignored, we found the right side hole missed a small cap, and a small screw inside the container from nowhere

What a difference. This dishwasher is so quiet I can barely tell it is on. The 3rd top tray for silverware is great. I can fit more dishes on the bottom removing the baskets. The dishes come out clean with no residue. I highly recommend this to all.

So far I love the dishwasher. It's so quiet i have to feel it to see if its really on. The install sucked however. The store scheduled it but one day before install, I get an email telling me install is a week later, which I can't accommodate. I had to reschedule install. Appliance was hooked up, but wouldn't work. (I purchased out of box, so I couldn't get a swap for same price) I had my electrician come and install, was just a loose wire. BB did refund my install and haul away charge. The biggest issue i have is not being able to contact the store or anyone when there is an issue. This is the second time i have had an issue with installation from BB.

The installation of our dishwasher went without a hitch. They text us shortly before arriving and had everything they needed to get the job done. After the installation they made sure the dishwasher ran correctly and cleaned up and removed all packaging and our old dishwasher. They were on time, respectful and very knowledgeable. They even showed us how to best fill the dishwasher, put in the detergent and how to operate the controls! They even made sure we knew who to contact with any questions or concerns, however, due to how thorough they were I have not to needed to call. I would use Best Buy installation services again. Thank you.

Focus on the good first. The installation company had very nice and capable guys. They scheduled quickly, arrived on time, were very careful with my appliances, and were also very thoughtful and courteous in the service they provided. The installers also came well equipped to manage whatever they encountered. In my case, I had not been informed about needing a special support bracket over the dishwasher but they took care of it for me. Now for the bad. After the installation I happened to need a county inspection on my plumbing because we had also just repiped the house. The inspection failed because the installers didn't ensure they did everything to the required code. It was a minor thing (the exit pipe just needed to be attached higher inside my sink cupboard to avoid backflow); however, it was inconvenient that they were not careful enough to do this right during the initial installation. The installers were quick to come back out and resolve the problem so that I could get a reinspection done.

Ok, first let me start by saying that this was a purchase and installation I did NOT want to make, but HAD to make when our old Bosch dishwasher stopped working. Knowing my family needed a new dishwasher soon, I went to a few local appliance stores and also another big box home improvement store to shop around, but just wasn't happy with the estimates I received for installation. It seemed nobody could give me a straight answer or cost estimate. Then, I turned to Best Buy!!! Hallelujah! I researched the dishwasher I wanted, they offered free installation (and it truly was FREE) with the purchase of the Kitchenaid dishwasher I bought. I ordered everything online, including the installation, which was a breeze. We were on vacation the week the installers were to come and they gave us a time window of arrival that allowed my husband to return home in time to let them in. The installers were a contracted plumbing company from Best Buy. They took our old dishwasher away, efficiently installed our new one, leveled it and all was completed so professionally with clean-up in less than 2 hours. I am such a picky person, and there is not one thing I have to say about what could've been done better. The installers even showed us how to use it.! Thank you Thank you Thank you Best Buy! I will be back to buy other appliances soon ( a new washing machine) and choosing your installation again will be a no-brainer! I LOVE my dishwasher!!!

This dishwasher has been great. It's quiet and it does the job. I was shocked that it takes 3 hours to wash the dishes but i don't really care. I love the adjustsbility of the middle tray and the third tray for large knives snd such.

Did an excellent job. He was fast and cleaned up after himself. He explained all controls. Very nice gentleman.

So far all is great with dishwasher. Quiet as most are these days. The upper rack has lots of flexibility as does the bottom. Space is not as confining as my last GE dishwasher. Most importantly dishes are clean and since there are only 2 of us the machine is not run frequently meaning food stays on for a few days before being run.

Early arrival, efficient and conscientious installation, friendly service and handy removal of old dishwasher. Definitely recommend and will use Best Buy again.

So happy with the professionalism of the two young men that came to install the dishwasher They took their time and it they were in and out less then an hour. Even that one of them didn't speak great English he went to use the translator app on his phone ( Smart ) But didn't need with me. Series 800 Bosch is quite and washes the dishes many options to choose from Fast 60m with dry 1.45 the rest are 2hrs and more. I do raise all dishes before I use so I haven't had any problems with smells. As I have read in a review and was. Very worried about that part. The dishwasher did have wetness inside and though the tubes before it was installed so my guess is that they run them before they get boxed and shipped out.

Works just great now that the leak was fixed. The leak was due to an issue with how the the water line had been connected to the dishwasher by the installers, but they easily fixed it. The dishwasher works great; it is wasy to use, it cleans and dries my dishes and glassware really well...no spotting or residue. It looks perfect in my kitchen, too!!

The installation team was absolutely perfect. The arrangements were timely and thorough, I had no questions about how to prepare and what to expect. The installation team of Christian, Zeke, and Byron were polite, quick but careful, thoroughly explained how to use the appliance. I couldn't have been more pleased.

This Samsung dishwasher, combined with Best Buy's excellent service, has transformed my kitchen routine. Highly recommend it for anyone needing a reliable and powerful replacement!

These two guys, from CT, were the nicest guys. They were very quick with the installation and worked great as a team, There was little chatter and each knew his assignment.
