Love the dishwasher! Unfortunately the installers could not get the old dishwasher out so we ended up doing the install ourselves. Ither than that i was very happy w the service.

I brought my dishwasher and it was installed under the Total tech contact by Sycamore plumbers. Mark and Greg arrived on time and they did an excellent job in the installation. They were professional and courteous. Mark went above and beyond in showing me how it works. Thank-you again.

Both men worked efficiently and quietly such that I barely knew that they were there. They took care to remove the old dishwasher and install the new one. I have hardwood floors and I was a bit nervous about them. No need. They explained the details about running and caring for the dishwasher. I hope I have the good fortune to have install any further purchases.

Whenever professionals show up on time and do the job in a way that it was represented they would do it is quite pleasing. The two gentleman who installed our dishwasher were polite, professional, on time and completely knowledgeable about the product.

Unless you are a totally hands own, I highly recommend buying this service. The way GCS custom appliances (Best Buy Geek Squad Sub) installed my Bosch Dishwasher, I could have not imagined a typical handy man do it. Felt that they did an excellent and precise job. Would have preferred Best Buy offering this service for a little less money though :-)

The two men who installed our Frigidaire dishwasher were careful and very competent as well as very personable. They accomplished the installation quickly and cleaned up after their work was completed. We are very appreciative of their work!

The personnel who installed the dishwasher were excellent. They were obviously highly experienced, quick about their business, were friendly, were diligent to test the installation and verify that it was working, and happy to give me a quick demonstration of the dishwasher after it was installed. The install went in on time and without any hitches

Got free installation with my dishwasher. The man that came was nice enough, but, of course, nothing we already had was right and he had to change it. Our free installation cost us $500 in addition to the price of the dishwasher. OUCH! Wanted to have Best Buy installers do the installation. Would I do it again?????

He arrived on time and quickly installed the dishwasher. When done, he cleaned up and showed me how to use it. A+

Not sure exactly what was included in this kit that the installer needed. All I can tell you is that he had everything he needed. He was able to install our new dishwasher very quickly and efficiently.
