Try to be sure to have the same guy from the pre-install checking measurements be the installer if at all possible! Our supply/drain was over 10’ from the washer and I needed a longer stainless steel supply line and I had it ordered and ready for installation on the technician’s date-he knew what was needed and checked all of my parts before the installation so there was no issue!

Guys were nice professional and quick. Mask were on and show protection.

We love our Samsung dishwasher. It is incredibly quiet and cleans thoroughly with a small amount of detergent.

First off we have a counter height of 32.05 and this dishwasher fits perfect. Also cleans great and is very quiet.

Did not need an additional part that was sold to us at retail and the installer helped us get refunded with no hassle. Very impressed with the level of service. 2 guys, give them raises! The installers were caution but final product was not perfect. Dishwasher was installed with slight angle to cabinets. It also came with broken door fist time but was fully replaced. Unless you can install yourself, I would use best buy's team.

The technician who installed my new dishwasher did a very thorough job. Very neat and precise. Cleaned up surrounding area and ran dishwasher cycle. Made sure I knew how to operate it and that I was happy with everything before he left my home.

This was another excellent experience, Juan Cruz jr was very professional and informative. He resolved an issue with the smell that was we thought was from the garbage disposal but was related to the old dishwasher. Great job.
