after I order new dishwasher,geek squard came with new washmashine. very nice.

I love the benefit of free installation with the total tech membership. however it took the bestbuy guys a few attempts to get the dishwasher installation right.

The installers were good at keeping my kitchen clean and were finished in record time. I loved it.

They came on time, they did a quick installation job and explained the product when they were done.

OK, so I am not good with names- terrible really. But the gentleman that delivered and set up our new dishwasher was outstanding. Took his time, did everything right, educated me on the the unit and did everything with an awesome attitude. Dude really is an asset to Best Buy. Give him a raise... seriously would buy from you and order delivery/ installation again and have recommended this to others based on this experience.

Techinician called ahead and showed up on time. He was fast and curteous. Everything was hooked up correctly and he took the time to explain some of the features. I would highly recommend this installation service.

The installers where very nice, when opening my dishwasher they noticed it was beat up. The installer came to me and told me he was sorry but he couldn't install anything that was less than perfect. It took much longer than I'd had liked to get a new one but I appreciate the honesty and him trying to install it and hide it from me.

Our dishwasher was never delivered or installed after 2 appointments. The first of which they canceled at 5 PM, stating that the dishwasher was not there at the warehouse when they went to pick it up and then on December 4th waited home all day for them to deliver the dishwasher as scheduled and install it, and all we got was an installation kit. No dishwasher was ever installed or brought to the house. We got nothing but the runaround from Best Buy's customer service. They have not canceled the order as we asked them to since they obviously could not get it here and they have not removed it from the credit card. We will never go through Best Buy for anything again.

The dishwasher installation was done very efficiently. I did have to wait a long time for the installation to be scheduled. The installer was very good. He quickly removed the old dishwasher, put in the new one, tested the new one and gave a basic demo.

The product works as expected. No problem so-far. Would recommend

Installation of the dishwasher was excellent by the two Geek Squad Techs from Sherman Oaks. It took 6 attempts due to Best Buy subcontractors that are not worth mentioning and almost 4 weeks of the dishwasher sitting in our living room. The install took about 45 minutes including the removal and haul away of the old didshwasher.

Quick efficient and kept clean. Appreciated all the COVID precautions!

The team that installed our dishwasher did an outstanding job. Their work was highly professional and completed the work in a very timely manner. They were highly courteous and helpful during the installation and explaining how to use the dishwasher afterwards. Best Buy distinguishes itself by implying such talented contractors.

The install team had the old dishwasher out & new one installed in 30 Min . They were a good team.

Worst services ever. I had received damaged dishwasher. The first dishwasher door was dented. They said they would replace it but it would take 2weeks. It took about 3 weeks and they installed a 2nd dishwasher the door was dented worst then the first. They ignored my calls wouldn’t refund. Took over two months to get a undamaged dishwasher. Don’t buy from Best Buy
