Service installers did a very professional job and cleaned up as well.

The installer of my clothes washer was pleasant and respectful. He was finished removing my old washer and installing the new one within a half hour and showed me how to use the new washer, while testing it out. I was very impressed.

Berris was quick and efficient. Cleaned up after. Machine works fine.

Install was free. Tech did not text, as the salesman said he would and instead called. Voicemail was not yet set up, so he couldn't leave a message. Not his fault at all on that, but annoying he did not text. Tech showed up an hour early, good thing my roommate was home.

Not only quick and efficient, these 2 guys took the time to show me all the features and how they worked; how to keep the outer door and handle clean (even giving me their special cleaner and telling me where to buy more), and noticed that my counter-top was sagging because at first we all thought the dishwasher wasn't level. It was, and, it allowed me to start the process of installing new cabinets.

Great Product. Does everything more expensive models do. Only complaint is top rack missing plastic piece that holds corner into rack frame. Having some difficulty getting a replacement rack

The installer was very nice and did a good job. The only problem was that the delivery is scheduled at a different time then installation and therefore, they have to come back to get the old dishwasher after it was uninstalled

Good luck getting your dishwasher installed. 7 months later I still haven't been able to get it installed even though best buy claims it was installed on a date i never even scheduled service. The installers broke the dishwasher and best buy refused to repair or replace the part, so I bought it myself and replaced it. Rescheduled then the techs canceled at 8am day of, no call. According to support the technician claims he came to my house and I told him I didn't want it installed. I honestly have no idea if best buy will ever install it at this point.
