Local plumber that was sent this 2nd time around to actually complete my install did not try to rip me off like the first plumber Best Buy and professionally got the dishwasher install job completed.

The installers were very professional in both removing my old dishwasher and installing the new one.

My installer for my Whirlpool dishwasher was Charlie. He was very courteous, methodical and organized. He explained everything and seemed thorough in doing his job. I wish he had been my installer on the dishwashers that didn’t work and maybe the first dishwasher would have worked properly.

The installer was very efficient and meticulous in installing this product and made sure there were no leaks.

Installation crew always wore masks and they were efficient and did a very good install. My complaint is that the install date was too far out in time (2 weeks). I would not wait this long again for a dishwasher install.

The dishwasher was installed in record time and efficiently. It would have been helpful to have the installer go through the features -- especially the connection to the phone via wireless but I'm not sure this was his job.

They had some difficulties due to my set up, but they worked through it and were very cheerful and respective. I appreciate the extra effort that was put into making the installation seamless to me.

Having been without a dishwasher for nearly THREE MONTHS, plastic was getting real old to say the least. So finally being able to purchase the product we couldn’t be happier with our dishwasher. The installers were prompt, professional and pleasant to work with.

My first installer did a horrible job when installing my dishwasher and to top it off he was very rude. It wasn't flush with my cabinets. When you walked in my kitchen you could see the gap between my dishwasher and cabinet cutout. He said there was nothing he could do fix it. Wrong! Best Buy sent a second installer out to fix the problem and he did a wonderful job. He was very professional and polite. Day and night!

Robert was timely, communicative, effiecient, neat & clean and knew what he was doing. After Best Buy screwed up our install and haul away scheduling, we were lucky to have a skilled Installer like Robert on the job! If I can I will request him for our oven install
