Installation team was prompt and professional.They installed swiftly as well !

Guys did a great job and was quite quick. Only thing is where they had to plug in the power cord is where my storange (glass ones) are located and they knocked many of them over and did not clean it up. I am disabled and I cannot get down there to straighten them back up. I was not happy about that.

Had an excellent experience with buying a dishwasher at Best Buy and its delivery/installation. I'd never purchased a large appliance like this at Best Buy. But when my parents' dishwasher broke on them (spring 2021) I looked at the usual suspects (Home Depot and Lowe's) they were out of stock for a long time on Bosch dishwashers. I was told due to global supply issues, microchips, etc. But a friend told me they bought their entire new kitchen applicants at Best Buy with a Best Buy credit card, got a bunch of cash back, discount, etc. Which is what I'm planning to do when I replace all of my large appliances in the future. So I went into a store and they had several Bosch's to choose from (I went for middle-upper grade) and it was delivered in 3 days. The delivery contractor they sent out was really friendly and did the job quickly. The dishwasher is a tight squeeze around the kitchen but it all went smoothly. I'm happy I was able to make this happen so seamlessly for my parents and will use the delivery-install again. Thank you.

Install was good, but the connection was not adjusted and the hot water was not going through. It was not dissolving the pod. I had to figure it out. All good now.

Install went great. I got a call the night before with a service window . The next morning I received another call that let me know they believed it would be closer to the end of the timeframe. The tech was very polite, considerate and cleaned up after himself. Answered all of my questions installed and tested the dishwasher. Overall this was a very positive experience which will have me look at Best Buy agin for appliances

Very pleased with the installation of our new dishwasher. The installer was given an old phone number on our file, couldn't reach us and thankfully came anyway. I worried when I realized the “crew” was only one person but didn’t need to. He arrived early in the delivery window. Impressed me with attention to detail, making sure the connections were right, the dishwasher perfectly leveled, & the old machine packed up & gone as if he was never there. Then he went over directions & information of the new washer answering questions. Exceptional. I have many appliances replaced (yes I’m old), This installation was done right.

We've only had the LG - 24" Front Control Built-In Dishwasher with QuadWash and Stainless Steel Tub - Stainless steel for three weeks but it is working well. It is very very quiet compared to the dishwasher it replaced. We had to readjust our way around the dishwasher due to the sensitivity of the touch buttons. No leaning against it; the power button turns on with the slightest touch. Our solution was to be more aware of its operations. The installation was completed by the installer who left the kitchen area where he was working very clean and free of debris. He reviewed how the machine worked, buttons and all and answered all of my questions. It has a timer in the middle of the console (front facing) that counts down as the cycles progress which is helpful in knowing the length of the wash.

Excellent quiet dishwasher I love the 3rd top shelve for silverware. Took the silverware basket out of the bottom & now have more room for large pots. No more hand washing any pots or coffee pot!!

Replacement dishwasher. Fit perfectly in existing space. Installation crew was on time, well done and tidy. This machine operates like the one that it replaced.

Been having this dishwasher to about three weeks and have used it just about everyday. We love it!

The company sent out to install my dishwasher arrived, went straight to work and installed my dishwasher perfectly. I saw him use a level several times to assure it was perfect. They were friendly did their job and left my house as if they were never here.

super quite dishwasher. I have to look at the digital display to make sure it is actually turn on and running. The roller for the racks are silky smooth. I especially like the top rack which I can lay the chopsticks on it. The installation team did everything right! It is flashy against the counter, not like my old dishwasher installed by the builder that was not leveled.

These guys were very professional and did a great job putting in our dishwasher. We had a brand new floor put in and they went beyond care to keep any scratches or damage to happen to the floor. They were done in record time and made sure the dishwasher worked as it should with no leaks.

Bosch 800 series dishwasher is great. It’s so quiet. If it wasn’t for the light that comes on I wouldn’t know it was actually running.

By all accounts very professional and punctual. Installed our dishwasher quickly but with care, took care of all the hookups, including wiring the junction box to the electrical. Everything was level, clean, and in good operation.

We had our dishwasher installed by the Geek Squad. They did an excellent job. Arrived on time. Quickly removed the old dishwasher and installed the new one. I was given instructions on its operation and all of my questions were answered. I highly recommend Best Buy's Geek Squad.
