The delivery team arrived with two supervisors who oversaw the operation. All were extremely nice and thorough. They also cleaned up and explained the operation of the dishwasher.

The install went quick and the workers were neat and did not make a mess.

The good part of installation is that they got the job done but the part that wasn't good is that they promised a no charge service of installation and still charged luckily Best Buy took care of the charges but other than that they installed everything quick and correctly

Product was damaged when it was unpacked, so Best Buy had to order a replacement and schedule a second time for installation. Kind of difficult getting it scheduled, but finally got it installed and the service was done well.

I'm so glad I decided to pay for installation. The two gentlemen who delivered and installed our new dishwasher got right down to business, installed it quickly and right.

I walked into Best Buy knowing exactly what my family needed to replace the used dishwasher we had that was leaking water on our floor. With my phone, I scanned the barcode on the dishwasher and read the online reviews. It was exactly what I needed. I ordered it in the store and opened a new account for no interest in 12 months. Our new dishwasher was delivered to our house and professionally installed. The intallers were very nice and professional.

Showed up and first thing they said was they couldn't do the install because my drain vent wasn't up to code and my outlet needed to be GFI. They said they could replace both for $200. I told them if I had know that I would've done it myself for a lot cheaper. Didn't really have a choice so I told them to do it so they could do the install. They forgot to reconnect the sink drain pipe after disconnecting to replace the outlet. Didn't find out until my wife had already put everything back under the sink and was using the sink a couple days later which soaked everything under the sink including the cabinet wood. Drying it out with a fan now. Hopefully we don't get mold.

Efficient. Showed care about my existing cabinets and counters. Keep the work area clean. And Made sure all was clean went they left. They were very careful taking old and bring new appliance out of the house.
