Carlos did my install. He knew exactly what to do and I found out he only installs dishwashers so was truly an expert on all the ins and outs. He was super friendly too. Walked me through every feature of the dishwasher and ensured it was working before leaving.

The installer arrived on time. No messing around. Got the old unit out, took it to his truck and brought the new one in Carefully unpacked and installed. then demo and out of here in less than 40 minutes. Left no mess, Excellent.

Great dishwasher for the money almost bought a Kenmore and a Bosch both were good but this one is absolutely awesome

Super nice and informed person. Unfortunately kick plate was not installed correctly and it bent the front. Another person came back in an was also very knowledgeable, saw the problem and has taken care of it.

excellent customer service, we had problem with the water hose location in old style they couldn't install it, after we fixed the water hose the bestbuy customer service nicely rescheduled the installation, and for free!
