Cruzmen Install really new what they were doing Juan Jr recommended certain small plumbing parts that needed to be replaced so after living here for 38 years i guess it was time and it was done at a very reasonable price they were very knowledgeable of the LG dishwasher and explained in detail on how to use the product

The installer came in on time and had the new unit installed and the old one removed in what seemed like an hour or less. He stuck around to show me the controls which wasn’t necessary but to folks upgrading from 50 year old units might find it helpful. He was very nice and the process was easily worth the extra money we.

They arrive 30 minutes early than what was scheduled. I'm happy because they can finish early. They started unboxing the dishwasher then checked the kitchen. Dismantled the old dishwasher and haul it away. In am hour they were done. They were able to answer all of our questions especially how to operate the new unit. They made sure everything was working fine including the drain pipe which happens to be clogged. They found the problem quickly and fixed it for me.

The two man crew moved my old dishwasher out and installed the new one in a very short time, with little mess. I was given a great "tutorial" , also.

They were able to arrive earlier than scheduled and called to verify that we were ready for them. Arrived promptly and were very efficient. Did a great job and were very good at cleaning up after themselves. Friendly and helpful

The installer and I got off on the wrong foot when he has barely walked in the door, looked at my current dishwasher and said the new dishwasher wouldn't fit. My house was built in 2003 and has the standard size cutout, not to mention there was a full size DW there already. Once he got his tape measure out and realized it would fit, the complaining began. First, he didn't really know what he was doing as far as removing the old unit. Yes, it was a double drawer so it may not have been what he was used to, but I would expect most installers have seen at least one of those before. Then, because he didn't follow Kitchen Aid's recommendations for removing the unit, he bent one of the legs in the back. I've never heard so much huffing, puffing and groaning. After an hour of pounding, scraping and complaining, he finally got the old unit out after destroying one of my kitchen tiles. When he finally did get the new unit in, I just wanted the whole thing to be over so I overtipped him and he was on his way. Only later did I notice he installed the new unit CROOKED!!! Not a lot, but it's at least 1/2 askew and doesn't line up with the underside of my countertop. Every time I walk past it now, it just bugs that he was so sloppy. I had such as great experience with my over-the-stove microwave that I had BB install earlier this year that I wasn't expecting such a poor effort. The only reason I gave him the second star is because the job took longer than he was probably expecting. In the end, I have a cracked tile and a $1,000+ unit that's installed crooked. The rating scale below looks like it's for the dishwasher itself, which is awesome. It's the installation that was poor. "Would I recommend this item" is a big NO for the installation, not the product,

My new Bosch dishwasher does an excellent job on dirty dishes and is super quiet while doing it. Great dishwasher!

The technicians that came to install my new Kitchenaid dishwasher did an excellent job. Although I was given a later time in the day, they called and indicated they had a cancellation and asked if I would like the unit delivered/installed earlier. They were prompt, easily removed a stubborn-fitting older unit, and installed the unit. They were professional, made sure everything fit well, was leveled, and worked before leaving. Overall, very pleased.
