Dishwasher racks not so wonderful

They are very flimsy and don't stay ula using my dishes to constantly fall I the opposite direction. I am very nervous that my dishes wil begin breaking. Any suggestions, before I call someone in???

Great once he showed up

At 6:00 PM, no installer had showed up, no call from the company or Best Buy about a delay. The installer called about 8:00 pm and said he was on his way. Once here he did and excellent job installing the dishwasher. He apologized for being late say his helper didn't show up for work that day.

Quick and easy

The crew that came was excellent: got a call 20 minutes prior (within promised delivery time), they hauled the old appliances and installed the new ones in less than one hour. Had bad experiences in the past and I was pleasantly surprised by the BB crew.

Dishwasher seems to work nicely and cleans & dries my pots, pans and dishes very well!

Took their time and did an excellent job. After the install they went over what they did and the basics of the new dishwasher.
