The guys that installed my dishwasher were very friendly and took the time to explain how it works. It felt like a family member had entered our home to help us.

Install wasd flawless. Very fast and no leaks. I'm very happy with the service and product.

Install guys, did an ok job routing the hoses and made sure there were no leaks. They lost stars because of not properly bolting down the dishwasher. In the ports where the screws went he use multiple screws and jammed them in there because they were too short to meet with the frame and didn’t say anything all he had to do was just say the screws were not long enough and that he didn’t have any others and I would’ve been more than happy to give him longer screws. It was a pain to get them out without damaging anything for that he lost stars

Failed installation. Hardware holding dishwasher in place fell off after several uses. Cant seem to get in touch with Customer Service to Resolve. Very expensive for this service.

The installation was accomplished efficiently and professionally by two friendly and polite agents. The only issue I would mention is that when they carried the old machine downstairs?to the front door, water spilled on the floor. It would have been helpful to clear that up before leaving.

Easy to use fast installation great customer service

The installers I had to install my 1st dishwasher were excellent. They were on time, and extremely pleasant to communicate with. The 2nd dishwasher I got after returning the one purchased a week before. We got the same two installers!! So, yes we were extremly happy with them.

Sleek design. Extra top shelf for large utensils is helpful. Its quiet but the whole cycle takes a long time.

I bought this product because it had great reviews and it was on sale. The product so far works great.

Dishwasher installation was fine. Make sure you have proper plumbing connections BEFORE installer arrives. Ask Best Buy what connections you have. If you have an older house your connections may not meet current code.

The installers were prompt and did a good job installing the machine, and it seems to work perfectly.
