The geek squad showed up on time, removed old dishwasher and gave me time to clean the area. brought in new unit, installed, tested all controls and showed me how shelves adjust, how to add soap and rinse aid, also how to clean food filter in bottom of unit. Then tested unit with soap and rinse aid, sounded good and no leaks. I liked the guy so much I gave him a flashlight from my company.

Bought the dishwasher install with the new dishwasher and the install was on time and without problems.

Installation was done quickly and cleanly. Old unit was hauled out and new one put in without any damage.

First technicians took a longer and left something on the floor that may have belonged to machine, Since they did not recognize it, they left it. They did not leave product samples that usually comes with machine as did the second one. Second technician very efficient.

Bought from Best Buy in part due to Free Installation Offer before the year end holidays. Friends had had good experiences with installation of electronics. Appliance installers were very focused and competent, completing thorough and detailed job in pleasant manner. We have experienced no problems since the install. In our area, we did have to wait a number of weeks to for the install to occur

Geek Squad removed and installed my new Kitchen Aid. Everything worked perfect and cleaned up.

The installation was accomplished efficiently and professionally by two friendly and polite agents. The only issue I would mention is that when they carried the old machine downstairs?to the front door, water spilled on the floor. It would have been helpful to clear that up before leaving.

They did great job installing - I just wish these technicians wouldn't start off with "uh, oh... this might not be easy" or some such - it's like they are assuming there will be a problem - and there was not....

I've used Geeks to install all of our appliances and they are very efficient and friendly. Two guys came out and had the Bosch dishwasher up and running in what seemed like 30 mins. I just wish they didn't make me buy the install kit every time I put in a dishwasher.

Workers very personable. Caution noted with Covid requirements. Cleaned up before leaving. Only thing was that they didn’t get the connection tight at the shutoff valve and the water ruined the flooring.
