The service was professional (Best Buy) the guys told the dishwasher and it's working without an issue

If you’re unable to install it yourself or worried you might damage it then having someone else that is a professional do it is a great idea.

The installation of this machine was done rapidly and was handled very carefully

I had a worst delivery and installation experiences. It took three tries to get a successful results. Two washers were damaged on delivery and I had to make multiple reschedules to remove and replace.

Arrived on time and install went well. He took his time and the device is running well.

I purchased a dishwasher. The dishwasher is fine and My loves it. The people sent to install the dishwasher had no uniforms, badges, or paperwork. After working to install the dishwasher for 20 minutes, the gentleman asked to use my bathroom. I questioned this, and against this extending the installation time said yes. The guy blew my bathroom up, didn’t cut a fan on and walked out and left the door open. Before, I could curse him out, my wife had to stop me and I had a disgusting look on my face the entire time he tried to talk to me. This ruined my experience with Best Buy. Should have went with Lowe’s!!!!!

Both people were, timely, professionally groomed in uniform. They ensured all areas were protected from their work area. They worked efficiently in an organized fashion. They cleaned up and left. Took about an hour to install the dishwasher and microwave. Looking forward to other services.

The installation of our new dishwasher was spot on! Tony was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He was in and out in less than an hour. He checked to be sure it was level and showed us how to operate it. He was respectful of our space and new floor and cleaned everything up after he was done. We were happy he took all the packing supplies, too!

My installer did a great job, but when he arrived I was informed that I needed a valve on the sink which I did not have, but he installed it for me for an additional price. It would have been nice to know that the installation may cost more money if you don't have the required parts.

This dishwasher works great. Delivery and installation by Sean was excellent. Very satisfied overall.

They were right on time at the start of my 4 hour window, were quiet and seemed professional, knowledgeable, had all the needed information, and uninstalled and removed and hauled the old dishwasher away as well as installing the new one. They explained all the steps for use and pointed out the extra interior gadgets as well including the bottle washers and how to pour and keep track of the level of rinse agent.

The installers (christopher & his sidekick) deserve 5 stars because they did a fine job, BUT best buy's scheduling process absolutely sucks. We were finally able to get the dishwasher installed a month after purchase because the first 2 appointments were cancelled -- but only after waiting all day for someone to show up. Moreover, it was difficult rescheduling -- even after going back to the store -- apparently because the warehouse, store, installation scheduler and the friendly and kind customer advocate are not on the same page about this process.

The installers I had to install my 1st dishwasher were excellent. They were on time, and extremely pleasant to communicate with. The 2nd dishwasher I got after returning the one purchased a week before. We got the same two installers!! So, yes we were extremly happy with them.

I love my dishwasher! This is the best appliance I ever have!

The 1st dishwasher was installed correctly and professionally. The unit was simply defective; therefore, returned. The second installation not so much. The installer try to force me to get a GFI for an additional $100. He pulled a sheet of paper listing a NEC code from 2014 that clearly states it wouldn’t required a GFI if outlet is properly grounded, which it is (GFI would be mandatory “if there is not a ground present at the DW power source...” The installer called his company and explained this was simply an exchange of units and got “approval” to proceed with the installation. At no point in time during the scheduling of either appointments I was told there would be a $100 GFI install fee which I find questionable.

Newly purchased dishwasher was expertly installed.
