I bought a new dishwasher and did not want to install it myself. When the installer came out, he told us that there was a part under the sink that was too old and needed to be replaced before the install could occur. It was easy to re-schedule the install after we had taken care of the new part. The install was able to occur on the second try, and the installer was friendly, efficient, and explained how to use the dishwasher very well.

Installers were very nice. However, on October 16th, less than 1 month after installation there was a problem. Dishwasher did not drain. I was only run about 6 times. Called Geek Squad for repair service - they were helpful and set up a repair appt. The dishwasher had only been run about 6 times since installation. The first few time, it did drain somewhat, but the dishes were a not completely dry and somewhat filmly. On October 16th, water did not drain but remained in the basin. Repair was set up by them with GE, I guess because of the warranty. Repair person came and found no problem with the appliance but with the installation. The drain hose was installed incorrectly, which is why the water sat in the basin - luckily it did not overflow onto the floor. He also found a loose wire under the machine. Since it was not an appliance problem, but an installation problem, he was not required to repair it, However, thankfully, he did, and it appears to be working. Geek squad was helpful arranging repairs, wish I didn't need a repair and have to spend time arranging for it and being there for the repair.

These guys were very efficient and fast and on time and installed my appliances perfectly.

Installer was very professional and courteous. Knew exactly what to do to install and new Bosch along with the power junction box. I could not be more pleased with how this installation went considering we were not sure it was going to fit into our opening based on the height measurement. Kudos to the installer.

We are delighted with our new Bosch dishwasher, which is as quiet as promised and cleans beautifully!

My husband is a retired contractor, but he is way over 70 and it is hard to get down there to do all these things. Sure was great to make it easy on him. And thus easy for me -- I didn't have to listen to him moan and groan, nor rub Ben Gay all over him afterward. Really do recommend Best Buy installation -- they have the expertise, the tools, the materials, and they are much younger!

The installer was very professional, BUT I ended up selling my home (it was going to be torn down) and moving the dishwasher to my new home. When the original installer hooked up the drain line to my garbage disposal, he cut off the end of the universal hose connection. This caused me issues at my new home since the connector would not fit my new garbage disposal. The hose iself is NOT replaceable.

Easy to use. Very quiet. Buttons to operate on top and don't show so they aren't accidently pushed.

These guys had our dishwasher installed in no time. very professional and knowlegable
