I might have been able to install my new dishwasher myself, after doing Internet research, watching YouTube videos, etc. However, paying for the pro installation was well worth the money. And, after watching him, and all the details and nuance that went into not only hooking it up, but getting it snugly fitted into the cabinet space . . . yep, definitely worth paying to have an expert do. And by the way, the installer was on time, courteous, and efficient.

I was going to install my dishwasher using all the old items I already had in place. But after a short discussion with the salesperson, it kind of made sense to not use old items that may fail soon on a new expensive dishwasher. So I opted for the kit and installation.

Bless his heart, he had to come 3 times to install. The first one was too tall, the second one didn't work, the third one was installed today. He had to take out my broken one at least only 2 times! He knew right away the first one wouldn't fit so didn't remove mine. He did remove and haul away on the second DW, and again on the third today. Finally hopefully I'm set!! He was always courteous and pleasant!

The plumber who installed the Best Buy purchased dishwasher was awesome. He did a great job and took care of me

This was a very intensive install. Was not informed by sales that at time of installation we would need to pay an additional 89.99 because our copper pipe fittings didn't fit on the water supply line that we had. Didn't fit our new dishwasher. It was upsetting but the install team were very wonderful. They tested the machine. Showed us how to use it

Ist set of installers were pretty much useless, gave me several reasons they couldn't install and wanted to charge me $400 extra. HOWEVER THE 2ND SET WERE TOTALLY AWESOME, QUICK AND EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. TOOK THEM LESS TIME TO INSTALL THAN THE 1ST TEAM TO EXPLAIN WHY THEY COULD NOT.

I really like this dishwasher. I like the options for things like overnight drying and half load. Best of all, I know longer feel like I have to practically wash my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. Shout out to the guys who installed it also. They were very efficient, made sure everything was working before they left and were very nice.

Install was free. Tech did not text, as the salesman said he would and instead called. Voicemail was not yet set up, so he couldn't leave a message. Not his fault at all on that, but annoying he did not text. Tech showed up an hour early, good thing my roommate was home.

Geek squad came on time did washing machine install and cleaned after install area . Very Efficient .

Workers very personable. Caution noted with Covid requirements. Cleaned up before leaving. Only thing was that they didn’t get the connection tight at the shutoff valve and the water ruined the flooring.
