Professional install and removal + haul away old. Great job.

Knowledgeable and kind installer. He provided useful info on dishwasher maintenance I wasn't aware of, to improve the longevity of the appliance. Felt comfortable and safe with him in my home.

The guys showed up on time and installed the dishwasher and it works great!

The installer was very nice and did a good job. The only problem was that the delivery is scheduled at a different time then installation and therefore, they have to come back to get the old dishwasher after it was uninstalled

Very thankful for the two installers who made it work and will come back to ensure proper alignment once I rebuild my kitchen cabinets at proper height as I had planned on doing later. It is level and working well.

My husband is quite a handyman and could have installed our new dishwasher, but he recently had back surgery so that wasn't an option. How great for us the Best Buy service team would do it for us!! They called ahead to verify the time, were prompt, extremely efficient and thorough (even removed the old dishwasher and packing materials! Definitely worthwhile for us!

Overall they did a good job installing since the opening was a little tight, but I noticed afterward that it is in there slightly crooked.

Installer was very professional and courteous. Knew exactly what to do to install and new Bosch along with the power junction box. I could not be more pleased with how this installation went considering we were not sure it was going to fit into our opening based on the height measurement. Kudos to the installer.

The dishwasher team was effective and timely. They tested the dishwasher before they left and even gave me helpful tips to maintaining the dishwasher.

Julio and Kunta were courteous and knowledgeable in installing my new Bosch dishwasher. Have not used the unit yet so this evaluation was sent much too soon to be meaningful. I plan to purchase a 5 year full parts and labor warranty in the next few days from Best Buy.

The installer was very professional, knowledgeable and very courteous…. He was very careful about not scratching anything, and making sure every single last nut, bolt & screw was tight . He then was very nice in explaining to my wife the features of the unit…. Top notch technician
