Installation went smooth they had to put a new shut off valve in. I know the part is 5.99. Took less then minute to do and was charged 99 dollars. They did clean up after themselves.

Surprised that one guy delivered the new dishwasher, installed it and hauled away the old unit.

The installers did an excellent job. They were efficient, polite, took appropriate care not to make a mess when installing, and cleaned up after theirselves. They were also informative and friendly.

So far no problems. They seem to have done a great job.

I was going to install my dishwasher using all the old items I already had in place. But after a short discussion with the salesperson, it kind of made sense to not use old items that may fail soon on a new expensive dishwasher. So I opted for the kit and installation.

Installers were nice, friendly and prompt. The installed it without as issue.

The MSP installers were there on time. Very professional, they removed the old dishwasher, brought in the new dishwasher and installed the new one very quickly. The entire process took less the 45 minutes. They cleaned up and left. Very Efficient, polite, professional. Very pleased with the whole experience.

The first dishwasher that they installed, they cut my plumbing line and damaged the hall underneath the sink. It was a total disaster. However, I have had this dishwasher installed three different times.

They were there early and very professional. They did such a great job i was impressed. Especially the last delivery from best buy showed up and refused to bring my fridge up my apartment. I get that they didnt want to damage anything but they were rude and trying to pressure me into keeping the fridge in my garage. Really how am i supposed to bring it up myself. These guys definitely restore my faith in best buy's delivery service.

The young man who delivered/installed my new Bosch DW was very professional and cordial. He arrived as scheduled neatly attired in his uniform and ;resented his credentials. He removed the old unit, installed the new unit in about 1 hour. That included a brief test run to insure new unit was leak free and functioning properly.

Install was quick and easy. Took less than 15 minutes and they even took my old dishwasher with them.
