The 2 gentlemen who delivered and installed my appliances were very professional and courteous.

They were able to arrive earlier than scheduled and called to verify that we were ready for them. Arrived promptly and were very efficient. Did a great job and were very good at cleaning up after themselves. Friendly and helpful

The installer made certain everything was correct, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the uninstall of the wrong dishwasher and installed the Bosch 300 I ordered. He explained the operation instructions, left the manual, and completed the test cycle. Thank you Best Buy for making this right. I appreciate the customer service

My install was scheduled for morning before noon. After no-show I called and was told it was between 1pm-7pm even though it still showed before noon online. The Best Buy CR called the install company and they said it would actually be after 7PM so an entire day off of work was wasted. The company that they sub contract is EXTREMELY unorganized. It is my understanding that Lowes & Home Depot use the same company so it is not limited to Best Buy. Once the installer showed he was great. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He was also subcontracted by the company that Best Buy uses so it is a roll of the dice on what installer you will get. Best Buy did comp me a gift card for the inconvenience though so they definitely get points for that!

It was a bit unfair to the gentleman installing my new dishwasher as I didn't realize it doesn't have a drying element until he installed it and all the interior was wet when doing a test run. A rinse aid must be used or water remains standing. But I do know that those at Best Buy worked really hard to make sure my dishwasher was installed before Thanksgiving.

The installers did an excellent job of carefully installing the dishwasher. Very competent and explained how to operate the dishwater. Did a good job of removing old dishwasher and installing the kit. We were very disappointed that it took nearly two weeks for them to show up.

Excellent installation team. They installed our Cafe dishwasher as well as our Cafe stove and over-the-stove microwave. Very professional, efficient and knowledgable. They were very careful to protect doorways and work areas. Would definitely use this installation team again!

This unit has some unique features that make it efficient and clean to operate. For example - there is a small red light that shines on the floor so you do not accidently open the unit during operation. The other cool feature - there is a 'catch system' inside the washer so when you load the soap it does not spill all over the inside of the unit. The soap collects in a small container and is used rather than wasted.

We had someone install our dishwasher for us through Best Buy. Came on time and installed it quick.
