I was going to buy a Bosch Dishwasher until I noticed the DB was was low as some of the Bosch and actually larger inside in terms of storage. The rice was great and installation went well. The no interest payments on the BB card was a bonus. Solid Purchase and very happy with it.

they were running a couple of hours behind due to issues at another installation and accidents on the freeway. They showed up a few minutes after I spoke to their superior to cancel and reschedule the installation because of an appointment I had to be at. They said they can do it. within 45 min they took out the old, installed the new, ran a quick cycle, cleaned up and took off. And they were very profesional!

Extra Effort Appreciated--They had to trim the installation area so that it would fit flush and they stayed well past 5:00pm on a Friday to make sure it was done right.

This review is on the repair work. Brendon from BestBuy geek squad did an excellent job and was very thorough. My review for scheduling the appointment would be very poor! Bestbuy needs to make this process BETTER!!

This LG dishwasher is very quiet, controls are easily understood, dishes come out sparkling.

I purchased a dishwasher. The dishwasher is fine and My loves it. The people sent to install the dishwasher had no uniforms, badges, or paperwork. After working to install the dishwasher for 20 minutes, the gentleman asked to use my bathroom. I questioned this, and against this extending the installation time said yes. The guy blew my bathroom up, didn’t cut a fan on and walked out and left the door open. Before, I could curse him out, my wife had to stop me and I had a disgusting look on my face the entire time he tried to talk to me. This ruined my experience with Best Buy. Should have went with Lowe’s!!!!!

The installers broke a pipe under the sink requiring a plumber and delays. Installation was canceled by Best Buy four times. We were promised installation before Christmas but sadly that did not happen.

This was installed very quickly with no hitches. The installer was friendly and thorough.

Performs well for the price. More energy efficient than my previous dishwasher. Installation was excellent.

Two Nice guys showed up took out the old washer, hooked up the new one (with no leaks) and carried out all the trash. Cleaned up after themselves they were a 10 out of 10 !
