Installation and removal when seamlessly and I highly recommend Best Buy for this service

The installers broke a pipe under the sink requiring a plumber and delays. Installation was canceled by Best Buy four times. We were promised installation before Christmas but sadly that did not happen.

The guys were on time and knew what they were doing. Courteous and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

I walked into Best Buy knowing exactly what my family needed to replace the used dishwasher we had that was leaking water on our floor. With my phone, I scanned the barcode on the dishwasher and read the online reviews. It was exactly what I needed. I ordered it in the store and opened a new account for no interest in 12 months. Our new dishwasher was delivered to our house and professionally installed. The intallers were very nice and professional.

The installation of our new dishwasher was spot on! Tony was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He was in and out in less than an hour. He checked to be sure it was level and showed us how to operate it. He was respectful of our space and new floor and cleaned everything up after he was done. We were happy he took all the packing supplies, too!

The technician was very friendly and quick! They delivered and had it running in less than a half hour!

The installers notified us by phone with estimated arrival time. They arrived within the delivery time window given us. The two installers were very personable & knowledgeable about the device to answer questions we had. The installation, removal & cleanup was quick.
