My dishwasher installation went very smoothly. They came within the correct time frames and they called prior to arriving. They were careful, knowledgeable, and set it up perfectly. They tested it, gave us a free sample of dishwasher cleaner, and even cleaned up after themselves. They were also friendly to talk to and answered our questions. I love my new stainless Kitchen Aid dishwasher. I've had it for just about a year and it still looks and runs like new. It's so quiet that I don't even know it's running. I love the long bar that opens the door, I don't like those push up levers. I also love the spacing and layout of the racks, and it cleans so much better than the crappy Kenmore I had - which started going defective in under a year and died in under 2 years with barely any usage! If you are building a house, and the contractor uses Kenmore, pay extra to upgrade to a different brand!! I had to replace both the dishwasher and the fridge!! They were crap!

Good product for the price and will last a life time

This dishwasher is very quiet and works very efficiently. I especially like the third drawer at the top of the dishwasher for long utensils. Our previous dishwasher did not have that and the long utensils made it difficult to make full use of the space. Now, with the long utensils out of the way, there is nore room in the dishwasher for other items.

Very quiet and efficient. We were also happy to have something that fit in with our other appliances that was reasonably priced.

The crew did a great job, and we were happy with the installation. They cleaned up, and it was like they were never there except we had a functioning dishwasher that was installed perfectly!

The installation went smoothly. The geek technician arrived on schedule quickly removed the old one and replaced the new one. He demonstrated how to use it and 2 weeks later it works great.

The father and son put in my insignia dishwasher when i say they was very professional and friendly the father explained my dishwasher to me what it will do and what to expect and how long it will wash the dishes they make sure my dishwasher was level and made sure it wasn't leaking when i turn it on. Fridge is super quiet compared to the GE model we replaced. Has some unique storage features that we like. Sleek, nice looking. Really wish it had a water/ice dispenser on the external door however. Matches our Thermador appliances without having to spend thousands more for a Thermador brand fridge. Great service fromBest Buy.

the install was good, they were quick, everything works fine

Love the dishwasher, was a little surprised so far at some of the ratings, mine works nicely and is really quiet. I like the way it opens before the last 10 mins of the cycle for better drying. The delivery and installation was timely and they guys were polite and cleaned up after themselves. I had forgotten to take out the stuff under the sink, but they graciously said no problem, and neatly stacked my stuff up on the counter. My only complaint with the installation was, after they did a quick rinse to make sure everything was working, somehow a pipe/hose was night totally tightened. I ran some water in my sink a few hours later and turned my disposal on for 10 seconds, when I noticed some water under my sink. They had loosened something and not secured it. Luckily I am pretty handy and found a new washer, tightened the ring above the P-trap up and everything seems to running ok.

I am very happy with this dishwasher. It works better than the previous model, is super quiet , and dries all the dishes and glasses without leaving any spots. I would highly recommend this dish washer to anyone that wants a nice appliance. I am sold on Samsung and have had their products for 10 yrs now. Best purchase for the money !!!

3 levels of rack, cleans everything well, quiet operations, various cleaning programs, nice looking as well.

The installation team was great. Very friendly and professional. They were quick with the installation and informative regarding how the product worked. They were also clean and vacuumed any debris. Excellent job.

The guys came on time and respected our cleanliness requests and took time to get the job done right per our rigorous standards. Actually the probably would have done that on their own!

The installation company was great!! The guy was so personable, he did a great job installing my dishwasher. He was quick, such a great guy!!

Our installer, Scott Kornreich, was supposed to arrive at 9am, and he arrived right on time. He did a great job of installing the dishwasher quickly and efficiently, while being careful of our kitchen and entryway. He explained things clearly to me and offered assistance in case of any troubles, although we've had none.

Enjoying my kitchenaide dishwasher. I washes the dishes and with the rinse aide, they come out spotless. Holds large loads. One problem is that all dishwashers now are so close to floor, have to bend over to load. This has a heater, which a lot of new dishwashers do not. Very quiet. It sits in open kitchen and livingroom and does not disturb.

This review is for the dishwasher installation. Overall the installation was completed very professionally and no additional issues during or post installation. Only reason took a star off was that it was about 3-4 weeks to get the dishwasher installed. THis was also during the holiday season which there is an increase. But installation was done within the timeframe they stated and was performed very professionally

Purchased a new Bosch dishwasher for our new home and what a difference it has made . It is so quiet that you have to check to make sure it is on. It comes with three racks for total convenience. Really glad we made this purchase
