The work was relatively quick and thorough. They performed a test cycle before wrapping up to make sure everything worked normally and there was no leakage. A good choice if you don't want to muck with the water, drain and electrical connections yourself.

Service was performed on time and as promised. The service people were polite and friendly. The under-counter dishwasher install was problem free. However, "problem free" in this case isn't too big a deal, because this was an easy, direct replacement of another dishwasher of the same size into newer construction, so everything was up to modern standards, and quite easy. Would these guys handle a tough install just as well? Probably - they seemed competent. Now, I got this delivery / install for free from a Best Buy promotion. Otherwise, it would have cost $140. That would NOT have been a good value. It would be worth maybe $50 to $75, but not $140. Free, of course, is best. They did charge an extra $15 to haul away the old unit. That's not too bad, but that really should be free also, because there is some recycling value there that Best Buy can recoup. Overall, though, no problems, nice service guys, job done on time, and everything kept neat and clean.

The installers were very professional and courteous. They went beyond just installing the dishwasher and rerouted a pipe that was not installed properly previously.

Chris and his son Chris did a great job installing our new dishwasher and hauling off our old one. We would not hesitate to use Best Buy installation services again in the future!!

The design is very good and easy to use. The open frame bottom just fits our kitchen structure because we have the water pipes coming out from the back and take some space out . The wash is very clean and quiet. The basket for the tablewares on the side of the door saves some of space. Overall, it is a good dish wash machine.

Dishwasher is working great, only thing I am worried about is dryer is not efficient. Sometimes it’s still wet when we open next day morning. Also size was not fitting for standard kitchen top

My dishwasher was installed off center and crooked. The new dishwasher is slightly narrower than the existing opening. The old dishwasher fit tight with the opening. The installer did not center the dishwasher into the opening. The gap between the dishwasher and cabinet is noticeably larger on the right side as compared to the left side. The dishwasher is also installed at (again) a noticeable angle in relation to the face of the cabinet. I have not had time to call and see if they will correct. The dishwasher is level - that was done right, and the dishwasher is working properly and there are no water leaks.

Sleep silver dishwasher Looks good in our tiny kitchen. Unfortunately, one side of the dishwasher is against another cabinet in the corner. Also, I have had to call Bosch three times for different dishwasher functions one being the dishes weren’t drying so the representative told me how to program in a power boost for the dry cycle which really helped that problem. The capacity is large enough to hold several platters cups and stainless steel large dog bowls. Adjustable shelves assist in loading many items. Not having had a dishwasher in almost 20 years this dishwasher is a blessing. We’d like ours I hope you like yours.

Dry good at what they do he did it right the first time

Fantastic installer and outstanding installation! Antoine, our dishwasher installer, did an excellent job in installing two dishwashers. Antoine was professional, polite, and did an excellent job in making sure both dishwashers were installed properly before leaving our home. I could not have been happier with our installer and his installation work! The scheduling of the installation, however, was terrible. It should have been scheduled on the same day as the delivery, but on both occasions, I was told that was not possible. This caused me to lose time from work, which cost me both time and money. This also caused me to have to reschedule a doctor's appointment and a party, but I do not hold that against our installer or the great work he did in professionally installing both dishwashers. The rejected dishwasher is scheduled to be picked up today. I hope they remember to come this time, since the last scheduled appointment was missed by them due to the scheduler's mistake! My recommendation would be to call the store the day before and the day of the delivery to ensure that you don't waste time waiting for a product that may not arrive as promised.

Install went great. I got a call the night before with a service window . The next morning I received another call that let me know they believed it would be closer to the end of the timeframe. The tech was very polite, considerate and cleaned up after himself. Answered all of my questions installed and tested the dishwasher. Overall this was a very positive experience which will have me look at Best Buy agin for appliances

The install crew was excellent. They helped us work around some issues the installers of the previous dish washer had left behind, and were in and out in no time. Great job by those guys

I received three installs and two uninstalls of my KitchenAid dishwasher— the first two collected water inside the top of the door resulting in the controls not working properly. I had my doubts, but the third time really seems to be the charm! We love it! It seems this particular dishwasher has been subject to some recalls and I got unlucky the first two installs. Each team that installed arrived as scheduled and were professional and accommodating, as were those I spoke to on the phone each time I had to schedule a return and redelivery. So worth the trouble!

The two Best Buy guys who installed my dishwasher were professional and kept me up to date on what time they would arrive. They were quick and efficient in installing the dishwasher and tested everything to make sure it worked. They cleaned up the space and even moved my old stove to my garage for me (when I didn't purchase the move service). They were wonderful and my new dishwasher is running like a pro.

Had an excellent experience with buying a dishwasher at Best Buy and its delivery/installation. I'd never purchased a large appliance like this at Best Buy. But when my parents' dishwasher broke on them (spring 2021) I looked at the usual suspects (Home Depot and Lowe's) they were out of stock for a long time on Bosch dishwashers. I was told due to global supply issues, microchips, etc. But a friend told me they bought their entire new kitchen applicants at Best Buy with a Best Buy credit card, got a bunch of cash back, discount, etc. Which is what I'm planning to do when I replace all of my large appliances in the future. So I went into a store and they had several Bosch's to choose from (I went for middle-upper grade) and it was delivered in 3 days. The delivery contractor they sent out was really friendly and did the job quickly. The dishwasher is a tight squeeze around the kitchen but it all went smoothly. I'm happy I was able to make this happen so seamlessly for my parents and will use the delivery-install again. Thank you.
