Very pleased with the installation of my dishwasher. They were very pleasant and quite professional. The two worked very fast. There was no need for me to clean up after they left. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone of my friends or family.

Installation went smooth they had to put a new shut off valve in. I know the part is 5.99. Took less then minute to do and was charged 99 dollars. They did clean up after themselves.

The tech was excellent. He knew his stuff and did a very good job. Happy camper here

The installers did a great job and were very efficient. And it was free...part of my Total Tech membership! Would have cost a bundle for installation , hookup and haul-away at other stores.

Installers were very nice. However, on October 16th, less than 1 month after installation there was a problem. Dishwasher did not drain. I was only run about 6 times. Called Geek Squad for repair service - they were helpful and set up a repair appt. The dishwasher had only been run about 6 times since installation. The first few time, it did drain somewhat, but the dishes were a not completely dry and somewhat filmly. On October 16th, water did not drain but remained in the basin. Repair was set up by them with GE, I guess because of the warranty. Repair person came and found no problem with the appliance but with the installation. The drain hose was installed incorrectly, which is why the water sat in the basin - luckily it did not overflow onto the floor. He also found a loose wire under the machine. Since it was not an appliance problem, but an installation problem, he was not required to repair it, However, thankfully, he did, and it appears to be working. Geek squad was helpful arranging repairs, wish I didn't need a repair and have to spend time arranging for it and being there for the repair.

We bought several new appliances at the same time and from the sales woman at Best Buy to the installers, we couldn't have been more pleased. They were all excellent!

This is the 2nd Bosch we've owned and we've been very happy with the performance of both dishwashers. The 3rd rack is convenient and makes loading and unloading of utensils very easy. So far all our dishes have come out perfectly clean. We chose this model because we liked many of it's features. The only thing we wish were different: we wish could see a display of the time remaining in the complete cycle, the InfoLight is helpful but . . . . .

The installation of my dishwasher went extremely well. The installer arrived within the stated time frame. He was very efficient and had my Bosch dishwasher installed in less than an hour. That includes removing my old dishwasher. He was very careful not to damage the dishwasher, or the walls when moving it into the house. Overall it was a good experience. Something that is rare these days when it comes to this type of service.

They did a great job, although I wish I knew in advance that I'd have to pay extra to install an additional outlet for a dishwasher replacement. The guys were on-time, curteous and professional.

They were unable to install the dishwasher. Said they could not get at the shut off valve. I had to call a plumber, he was able to do the job, but it cost me more. I also had to get someone else to haul away the old dishwasher once the job was done.

The geek squad showed up on time, removed old dishwasher and gave me time to clean the area. brought in new unit, installed, tested all controls and showed me how shelves adjust, how to add soap and rinse aid, also how to clean food filter in bottom of unit. Then tested unit with soap and rinse aid, sounded good and no leaks. I liked the guy so much I gave him a flashlight from my company.
