excellent customer service, we had problem with the water hose location in old style they couldn't install it, after we fixed the water hose the bestbuy customer service nicely rescheduled the installation, and for free!

Installers showed up on time. Thankfully they were also electricians because when they pulled out the old dishwasher they discovered that it was hardwired not plugged in. They were able to make the conversion without delay as they had all parts on their truck!

Had 5 appliances installed...the installers were friendly and fast. They did all on the work order except reversing the door that we requested. We were told we have to make another appointment for that.

I have only run the dishwasher once, however I am pleased with the results. The installers were focused upon their task; worked steadily; left no trash; were polite to me; were congenial re: parking. Their cheerfulness was refreshing.

One of the best installations from Best Buy. The guy was very knowledgeable My last was super horrible the gentleman scratched my new hardwood floors and wrote on the contract that the scratch was already there and asked us to sign. We had no idea he added that on the slip. What makes it worse is that he knew he scratched it because we talked about it when it happened and he told us to be careful if we ever were to move our fridge so no other scratches would occur.They were very unethical.Please be careful. Only reason we know this is because we told Best Buy about it and you can see in their receipt that he took was hand written that the scratch was there. We would have. Never signed that. I would NOT recommend
