The guys who installed my machine really know their stuff. This is the second appliance they have installed for me and I couldn't be happier. They went to great care to insure that everything was done properly and in short order. As far as I am concerned no one could have done it better. I live in San Pedro.

The installers were very friendly and professional. The dishwasher doesnt fit exactly like my old one did so we need to put some molding down to match the hardwoods. Dont think there was anything the installers could resolve; i just wished i had been prepared for that.

The man who do the installation was on time did a very good job and cleaned up after himself.

The delivery and install were completed in a vey efficient and professional manner. The workers were friendly and explained what they were doing and tested the dishwasher before they left.

Installers were great…we did have issue with Best Buy. We couldn’t get install with delivery because they said we didn’t order install kit. Scheduled install separately after getting kit and found we didn’t need it. That was bummer…two weeks of dishpan hands .

Nice product. Small issue with the drain line during the install but best buy fixed it and seems to work well

Bought from Best Buy in part due to Free Installation Offer before the year end holidays. Friends had had good experiences with installation of electronics. Appliance installers were very focused and competent, completing thorough and detailed job in pleasant manner. We have experienced no problems since the install. In our area, we did have to wait a number of weeks to for the install to occur

Dishwasher Installation: The first one (Whirpool) came in damaged. Needed to Buy another brand as there was no stock availability - settled with Kitchen Aid.

The 2 installers arrived at the appointed time and were helpful in solving a problem getting the new machine in its place due to an issue with a new floor that had been installed after the previous dishwasher was in place. These guys were specialists in installing only dishwashers and over the stove microwaves, so they really knew what they were doing and did it quickly. They also made sure it worked correctly before they left.

The 2-man crew was careful and accurate. I watched every move they made and I have no complaint at all. The only suggestion we have is the Installation Schedule should be narrowed down to a 4-hour window the day of the delivery. The system should know the order of the stops by then and cut the window from 8 hours to 4 hours (or less?).
