The 2-man crew was careful and accurate. I watched every move they made and I have no complaint at all. The only suggestion we have is the Installation Schedule should be narrowed down to a 4-hour window the day of the delivery. The system should know the order of the stops by then and cut the window from 8 hours to 4 hours (or less?).

Very pleased with this service provided by BB, The installers unloaded the new dishwasher, brought it into the house and immediately began the install. On finishing, they cleaned up the work area, took all their debris and the old dishwasher. No time wasted.

The dishwasher is very quite once you get over figuring how to push 3 simple enough looking buttons that it took 2 older adults to fiddle with and after you have forgotten what the tech told you.. Once we were over that hurdle......all is well. Far improvement from my older Kenmore.

The MSP installers were there on time. Very professional, they removed the old dishwasher, brought in the new dishwasher and installed the new one very quickly. The entire process took less the 45 minutes. They cleaned up and left. Very Efficient, polite, professional. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Installer could not remove old dishwasher and told me the new one will not fit. He was very helpful. In first place, your on/line help (phone call) gave me incorrect information re all dishwashers standard size and will fit where old dishwasher is located.

The team worked most cooperatively to handle some glitches in the hook-up process and it was done in a timely fashion ...it was checked to ascertain functionality and it was a seamless experience for us.

The actual dishwasher is awesome, but were Best buy stands out is the customer service. The installation crew that came actually cared about the area and us! Best buy total tech is soooo worth the money!

Matt & Dave are wonderful people. They are efficient, knowledgeable and hard workers. They did a fantastic job of installing the dishwasher. The previous technician could not install dishwasher. Matt & Dave have installed other appliances as well.
