The installation of this machine was done rapidly and was handled very carefully

We love purchasing from Best Buy and have never had an issue. This time was very different. The installers came with our new dishwasher and were also supposed to take out our old one. We were a very late stop in the day and you could tell they were not interested in even attempting to remove the old dishwasher. The technician looked at it and stated he could not remove it. So then he asked if we wanted him to leave our new dishwasher and we said yes. I was not sending it to Never Never land. So it was put in the middle of my living room, where it stayed until we could get another team to install the new appliance. To get another team was a whole new debacle. We ultimately removed our old dishwasher ourselves and tried to set a new install appointment. The original installers gave us a number to call to set up the new install- it was a disconnected number. Then we called Best Buy and they told us the installers said they finished the install, well that was not correct. Then we were instructed to go back to the store where we bought it. After that visit and a lot of back and forth and many more phone calls a new delivery time was set up and a NEW TEAM. The second team who came should be the ONLY TEAM that Best Buy uses. They were wonderful, knowledgeable and exceptional. They got our dishwasher installed and we were thankful.

They came in. They screwed. Nothing leaked. A plus.

dishwasher started leaking less than 30 days after the install, which we paid for at the time of the dishwasher purchase. Repairman came out and showed the water connections were barely hand tight; once he tightened them, the leak stopped.

The installers took the nasty old dishwasher out and popped the new one in with no problems. When asked about rinsing plates before loading the machine, one of the installers told me that it wouldn't turn on if the plates were clean. I'm not sure if that's true and don't plan to test it. I put them in dirty and take them out clean. That reassurance was all I needed. We save water and could not be happier.

I am having a huge problem with the adjustable arms on the bottom of my dishwasher. They are very flimsy and don't stay ula using my dishes to constantly fall I the opposite direction. I am very nervous that my dishes wil begin breaking. Any suggestions, before I call someone in???

Very Impressed with our dishwasher installation. The technician Junior was very professional, technically experienced and very kind. We would recommend him and Best Buy anytime and all the time. We were able to receive this install in a very timely fashion when all others in this area were weeks out! Best Buy once again saves the day!!

Geek Squad removed and installed my new Kitchen Aid. Everything worked perfect and cleaned up.

I've used Geeks to install all of our appliances and they are very efficient and friendly. Two guys came out and had the Bosch dishwasher up and running in what seemed like 30 mins. I just wish they didn't make me buy the install kit every time I put in a dishwasher.
