Love the dishwasher! Unfortunately the installers could not get the old dishwasher out so we ended up doing the install ourselves. Ither than that i was very happy w the service.

Great product until after use it wasn’t cleaning dishes properly or drying them. Had to send back and tried to replace with coil heated without steam. Was told by manager that he could get the one we wanted yet I would have to wait until November before delivery.

They had some difficulties due to my set up, but they worked through it and were very cheerful and respective. I appreciate the extra effort that was put into making the installation seamless to me.

The tech who installed the dishwasher was very competent and efficient. Our beef is with Best Buy who subcontracts out the installation to only one actual installer. The delivery and installation should be a 2 man job. Expect delays in the delivery, because, in my opinion, the one installer is overworked.

Professional, courteous, they did a great job installing

The installers for my dishwasher (and stove and microwave) were incredible. Professional, friendly, considerate...even nice to my dog. They gave me time to clean up behind the appliances they removed, they worked clean, and explained how to use the new appliances. Cannot say enough, they were great.

I'm so happy with my bosh dishwasher very quiet.im buying a all my Apliances bosh in the future.

HARD TO REVIEW THIS ITEM!! IT WAS A NECESSITY FOR INSTALLING MY NEW DISHWASHER. WORKED FINE.

The individuals that showed up were friendly and very efficient. They made sure they ran through the options on the new appliance once installed, which I didnt expect them to do.

Unfortunately, we did not discover until after the installer left that the dishwasher is not level. The dishwasher racks roll back into the dishwasher when they are pulled out. We tried to adjust the level with the adjustment screws for front and rear but the maximum adjustment was not sufficient to keep the racks from rolling back in when they are pulled out. We appreciated the time the installer spent explaining warranty and features to us but his not leveling the dishwasher properly or notifying us of the problem was disappointing.

The installers notified us by phone with estimated arrival time. They arrived within the delivery time window given us. The two installers were very personable & knowledgeable about the device to answer questions we had. The installation, removal & cleanup was quick.

The installation was very professional and informative.

Our dishwasher was hard to install, but these guys were great and did a great job.

Best Buy installer was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Will use this service again
