We had some issues with installation due to a slightly corroded pipe underneath the dishwasher. Rather than looking closely at it, and checking to see if it could be "cleaned-up", the installation crew, just refused service. After some coaxing, and a letter with my signature stating I would not hold them responsible if that connection leaked, they finally did the installation. My husband later cleaned the connection and put some plumbers tape on it and no leaking. The crew was friendly, they were so afraid of a lawsuit, which was sad that it has come to this.

While the installers were nice - having the plumbers helper walking backwards while texting resulted in snapping off a cabinet door (perhaps best not to text and walk). The company hired a finish carpenter to take the door and try to repair it. Appreciated his efforts to glue it back together over a week. It is acceptable, but nothing else offered from installing company or best buy.

Solid, quite enough, and we all enjoy great fingerprint resistant finish on the front!

They provided professional and fast installation service. They answered all my questions patiently. They gave me a walkthrough of all the cycles and tray adjustments. Keep in mind that the appointment window is half a day. Luckily my appointment was on a weekday so it worked for me. I didn't feel I wasted my weekend waiting for them.

Best Buy’s teams did a great job. The first dishwasher I got lost a spring in the door before the 60 days was up - so they replaced the whole thing! Fast, professional, friendly, and clean. Definitely recommend!!

Cruzmen Install did the installation of the new dishwasher. I could not be happier with their professionalism, work ethic, and efficiency. It was a very tricky, difficult reinstall that Cruzmen handled perfectly. The two men worked like a well-oiled machine. Thank you Best Buy for scheduling them for my work.

The installation crew arrived a little late, but I found out that it was because they spend time with each of their clients to be sure that the job is done right. In my case, they took extra time to be sure our dishwasher was installed just right and that the water valve was secure (it had apparently been dripping). I can't say enough about these installers. HIGHLY satisfied!

The installer was prompt - actually early. He called to make sure his arrival time was OK. He was neat, respectful, polite, and fast. He absolutely knew what he was doing and was very proficient. He explained everything that he was doing and how to operate the machine. He was GREAT!

Really impressed with the install team that showed up to our home, We purchased a fridge, dish washer, gas stove and microwave, the team removed, installed and hauled away the old in just around an hour, Very courteous and professional team. Well worth the extra dollars to pay for the install, it would have took me an easy 3 to 4 hours crawling around to get this done.

THE INITAL INSTALLATION WAS DONE BY A NEW TECH AND AFTER HE LEFT I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH A POPPING NOISE. HAD TO CALL SALESPERSON/MGR AND HAVE THEM COME BACK TO CHECK INSTALLATION AND THE NEW TECH WHO WAS EXPERIENCED FOUND OUT THAT THE 1ST TECH INSTALLED THE FRONT PIECE INCORRECTLY. HE LEFT 2 PIECES INSTEAD OF JUST USING 1 AND THIS WAS CAUSING THE POPPING SOUND BECAUSE IT WAS THE EXTRA PIECE POPPING BACK AFTER THE DOOR SHUT. HE ALSO CORRECTED THE HEIGHT AND HAD THE DISHWASHER FLUSH TO COUNTERTOP. THANK GOODNESS FOR 2ND TECH.
