Overall, the men did a good job of installing the dishwasher, but it vibrated and I had to call for repair. They had not properly secured a plate on the front, and a minor adjustment was required. It works great now.

The installers for my dishwasher (and stove and microwave) were incredible. Professional, friendly, considerate...even nice to my dog. They gave me time to clean up behind the appliances they removed, they worked clean, and explained how to use the new appliances. Cannot say enough, they were great.

The guys that came out from geek squad were great! Very professional and knowledgeable, they took their time to explain things. We had a third party deliver our fridge that we bought from best buy and they didn’t explain anything, they didn’t even take the plastic off

The delivery was fast and the guys installed quickly and neatly. They observed a drainage issue and rerouted the hose, which is likely why two previous dishwashers died young. I'm very grateful for that extra help. I hope this one lasts a long time.

About the installation. What a fantastic experience! The installer "KYLE" arrived at the exact promised time for the installation of my new dishwasher. He was very professional, very knowledgeable of his job as well as of the product. Kyle was also very conscientious of the cleanliness of the installation. This is the very first time I ever had an installation going so smoothly. Best Buy you are the BEST!

Yes, installing your dishwasher is easy until you start to do it and realize its not as simple as it looks and then you have that doubt of whether you have everything secure and wonder if after the first, second or tenth wash disaster will happen. For that reason I leave it to the Best Buy Pros.....no hassle, no worries! They are good and what they do and I am not living in fear, waiting for the unexpected.

I set a day, they called day prior gave me the window. The guy was right on time. He showed up was super nice. He removed my old dishwasher, and installed new lines. He did a great job. No issues at all.

You put dishes in it. Push a few buttons and wait some time and they come out clean. It looks good too

Installer was great. Went above and beyond, I’d suggesT you ask for information about the dishwasher being replaced. Even though it was a Bosch, there were lots of differences that would have helped him if he’d known in advance
