This is the second kitchen appliance we have had installed by Best Buy this year. We are in awe of the quality of the work and the care with which the installers carried out their tasks. Great care was taken bringing in the new appliance, removing the old appliance, and installing the new one. Everything was carefully balanced, aligned, and no scratches or scuffs appeared anywhere in the house.

Dishwasher was installed in short amount of time and works great.

I had the Geek Squad install my new dishwasher. Again, I am so pleased with how this was completed. They are professional, very nice and got to work right away. When completed, they gave me material explaining the operation of my new product. Went over it with me, and answered all my questions. Then, they cleaned up the boxes and trash and took it away. What a great job!!!For real.

The young men did an excellent job installing my three new appliances. They were thoughtful and considerate and left no mess. They made sure everything was working properly. The range, microwave and dishwasher are a beautiful addition to my kitchen and I’m looking forward to the delivery of the refrigerator in March.

Installers were great…we did have issue with Best Buy. We couldn’t get install with delivery because they said we didn’t order install kit. Scheduled install separately after getting kit and found we didn’t need it. That was bummer…two weeks of dishpan hands .

The team that come installed the dishwasher in minimal time and it works great.

Very pleased with this service provided by BB, The installers unloaded the new dishwasher, brought it into the house and immediately began the install. On finishing, they cleaned up the work area, took all their debris and the old dishwasher. No time wasted.

No problems here, the man did it well and explained the features/benefits of the unit.
