Unfortunately, we did not discover until after the installer left that the dishwasher is not level. The dishwasher racks roll back into the dishwasher when they are pulled out. We tried to adjust the level with the adjustment screws for front and rear but the maximum adjustment was not sufficient to keep the racks from rolling back in when they are pulled out. We appreciated the time the installer spent explaining warranty and features to us but his not leveling the dishwasher properly or notifying us of the problem was disappointing.

The installer made certain everything was correct, worked quickly and efficiently, and completed the uninstall of the wrong dishwasher and installed the Bosch 300 I ordered. He explained the operation instructions, left the manual, and completed the test cycle. Thank you Best Buy for making this right. I appreciate the customer service

My installer did a great job, but when he arrived I was informed that I needed a valve on the sink which I did not have, but he installed it for me for an additional price. It would have been nice to know that the installation may cost more money if you don't have the required parts.

Our installer showed up when he said he would and was very knowledgeable regarding the installation and the actual product itself. He was also very efficient and explained all the important features to us.

While away for work. My wife had to purchase a new dishwasher. Not being there to install it my self this was a great option. Even took he old one away. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was they couldn't instal the same day it was delivered tying up my wife for 2 days.

THE INITAL INSTALLATION WAS DONE BY A NEW TECH AND AFTER HE LEFT I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH A POPPING NOISE. HAD TO CALL SALESPERSON/MGR AND HAVE THEM COME BACK TO CHECK INSTALLATION AND THE NEW TECH WHO WAS EXPERIENCED FOUND OUT THAT THE 1ST TECH INSTALLED THE FRONT PIECE INCORRECTLY. HE LEFT 2 PIECES INSTEAD OF JUST USING 1 AND THIS WAS CAUSING THE POPPING SOUND BECAUSE IT WAS THE EXTRA PIECE POPPING BACK AFTER THE DOOR SHUT. HE ALSO CORRECTED THE HEIGHT AND HAD THE DISHWASHER FLUSH TO COUNTERTOP. THANK GOODNESS FOR 2ND TECH.
