It ended up costing money because inspite of the fact that they were replacing a dishwasher they said they needed additional parts and the other one was not put in correctly. I had no idea of this was true, so I just paid the additional fees.

My kitchen is finally complete. l ordered my dishwasher the day before Thanksgiving and I finally got it on 1/11/18. In the end it was worth the wait. The store manger was great and the delivery guys were professional. I purchased the whirlpool fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher this is a brand I can trust. Best buy provided awesome customer service. Plus I got 18 month financing just cant beat that..

Great job in installing the first dishwasher and handling the return of it when it malfunctioned. The Customer Service representative I spoke to helped me through the process of purchasing another dishwasher ( which were in short supply due to Covid -19). The first dishwasher was removed and the new one installed very efficiently.

It was a bit unfair to the gentleman installing my new dishwasher as I didn't realize it doesn't have a drying element until he installed it and all the interior was wet when doing a test run. A rinse aid must be used or water remains standing. But I do know that those at Best Buy worked really hard to make sure my dishwasher was installed before Thanksgiving.
