The delivery men came and got the job done in 20 minutes tops! They were quick and effecient.

Our dishwasher was installed by 2 safe (they both wore masks), well organized, professional installers. They were very thorough in making the proper connections, testing functionality and cleaning up their work space. They also provided me with operation instructions, making sure I understood some of the newest KitchenAid features.

After several cancellations this person who can was perfect, friendly and even solved unresolved problems we had just by doing his job well. He knows his job and is quite knowledgeable about what he’s all about. I’m eventually fully satisfied after he completed the job!

Cleans very well, easy to load and unload. Drying cycle does not work very well so you have to use the "extra dry" but other than that.....top notch.

The installers did a very nice job. They were a few minutes late, but it wasn’t their fault because the previous job ran over. They were very accommodating with all the special requirements of my kitchen and cleaned up after themselves, even giving me tips Since this was my first major appliance purchase.

Buying sight unseen you never know what you are going to get. I was surprised at how much I could fit into this dishwasher. It does not dry very well. I have to open it and kind of let it air dry.
