Installer arrived on schedule, was friendly, polite and masked. Had the old machine out and replaced with new in under 45 minutes. O problems encountered or follow up needed. All in all N excellent experience. This installer was excellent!

Still working after 1 month. The Whirlpool dishwasher does a very good job of cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen utensils. Also it is a very quiet machine, The two guys that brought the dishwasher and installed it were very organized and efficient. They had excellent knowledge of the unit and installed it quickly then cleaned up. After showing us how the machine worked we really didn't need to read the Owner's Manual since the installer had covered everything.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He had to make some adjustments to get the dishwasher to fit the space. He did s great job and it looks great.

The service technician was punctual, courteous, professional, and completely competent. He completed the installation quickly, performed all aspects of the job correctly, and gave us a brief overview of the proper use and care of the new dishwasher.

I love this dishwasher! There is so much room in there and it is dead quiet!. I read that some people had issues with the tines, but I don't get that. I haven't found anything I can't put in there. Looks good, but how pretty does a dishwasher have to be? Its an appliance. As long as they don't mess up the look of the kitchen, who cares.

The dishwasher installation was well-done. The delivery person was very professional and speedy job done.

Installers notified me in advance when they would arrive and completed the installation within an hour. They were careful when removing the old unit out of the house to not scratch anything on the way out. Overall good service but what keeps me from giving them 5 stars is minor things such as I wish the installers would be given shoe covers when they enter your home. My cabinets are white and since their hands are dirty, I had to clean my cabinets after they left. They left a small amount of trash from the dishwasher box.

Very quiet. Sometimes it's difficult to tell it's on. My wife loves it. Great for the price.

The guys who installed the dishwasher were absolutely perfect

The guys did a great job of installing my new Thermador dishwasher after waiting six months for it’s arrival. When installer demonstrated how to clean the filter, the drain component was not “snapped” back into position properly and the first cycle did not drain. I looked up in the manual and was able to figure out why it wasn’t draining properly. No problems since.

The dishwasher is fantastic but the installation is questionable. Screws holding in DW are right at the edge of the cabinet, any wrong move with the DW could rip a chunk out of the Cabernet face. Plus they scratched the cabinet face. DW is installed out a bit to dad as the adjacent drawer barely clears the DW. Also waterline was tied to our sink sprayer hose rendering the sprayer useless.

the installation went well until the dish washer would not work and the installer was going to order another one until I insisted that the water line be checked and that proved to be the problem that I got fixed

Delivery and installation was seamless and fast. Technician was very knowledgeable.

Quiet...easy installation, plenty of room in the basket to wash and cook my potato's

The install went fine. Unfortunately they did not have the right size fittings and had to reschedule. This would have required another paid appointment, costing me more money. Total members don't have to pay this but be aware of this. I had no idea I needed these fittings to avoid the new appointment and extra cost so ask questions to try and avoid this.

The installation was fine, the installers protected my wood floor and the washer worked well but they didn't install the final kickplate because they didn't know what to do with the wood molding that finished the space between the washer and the flooring deck boards. Fortunately they left the kickplate outside the garage where I found it so I could figure out what it was. Unfortunately, they didn't leave any note to tell me why they left this part outside my garage and what I should do with it. I eventually figured it out by reading the installation instructions so all is well. But need communications to warrant a 5 star.

Installer was on time and very clean. We had an inch gap between the countertop and dishwasher, and he spent extra time to make the dishwasher was level and installed properly. Amazing work

Dishwasher is working great, only thing I am worried about is dryer is not efficient. Sometimes it’s still wet when we open next day morning. Also size was not fitting for standard kitchen top

The guys did a phenomenal job. They came, they installed, they left. Very prompt, very efficient, and very personable.
