Installer was polite and efficient. Great attitude and quite willing to be sure everything was correct before he left. I could not be more pleased!

HAD IT INSTALLED IN QUICK TIME. HAD TO ADD A OUTLET DUE TO BOSH COMING WITH A PLUG IN.

We had some issues with installation due to a slightly corroded pipe underneath the dishwasher. Rather than looking closely at it, and checking to see if it could be "cleaned-up", the installation crew, just refused service. After some coaxing, and a letter with my signature stating I would not hold them responsible if that connection leaked, they finally did the installation. My husband later cleaned the connection and put some plumbers tape on it and no leaking. The crew was friendly, they were so afraid of a lawsuit, which was sad that it has come to this.

This is the best dishwasher I have ever used or seen. Kitchenaid is my brand for now on.

The guys did a great job of installing, but they showed up minutes before the end of their projected arrival time...then didn't have everything they needed. Ended up having to stay home well beyond what we expected for installation to be completed.

The guys worked tirelessly in the 90 degree weather. They were polite, friendly, and professional.

Team did a good job with one exception, they bumped the drain line for tge sink and we had a minor leak, easily fixed in 2 minutes.

The 2 guys that came out did a good job installing. Didn't take them long. I only gave 4 stars because one of the gentlemen was unfriendly. This is not acceptable as his job is to go into people's houses. We shouldn't have felt uncomfortable with him like we did.
