On time, professional and polite

We were contacted by the delivery agents to organize a time and then by the installation crew prior to arrival. They arrived on time. We opted for the nominal charge to dispose of our old appliance as well and the packaging for the new equipment was also removed. Great service.

Quick and efficient install

He claimed that powdered detergents are hard on the machine. In fact, Bosch clearly recommends a powdered detergent in the manual. The install itself went well. Barely an hour.

Terrible service all around
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst purchase ever made. I was never told my dishwasher needed to be right next to the sink. I have the total tech and on top of free delivery I am supposed to get free installation. The delivery company ( a third party ) not even geek squad told me they couldn’t install it! I had to install it myself!
