He was neat, pleasant and proceeded to explain all of the features. And he was right on time too! Couldn't ask for better service.

They were a few minutes late, but it wasn’t their fault because the previous job ran over. They were very accommodating with all the special requirements of my kitchen and cleaned up after themselves, even giving me tips Since this was my first major appliance purchase.
