I can't remember the names of my installers- and I stupidly lost the receipt. They were flat out AMAZING. I think one of the guy's names was something like Elias, but I know I am spelling that completely wrong. They were fast, nice, and above all helpful. They gave me advice on keeping my fridge clean! Just awesome.

It's not just quiet, it's silent! Dishes and, especially glassware come out spotless.

George and Carla were very professional and knew EXACTLY what to do to install our new dishwasher. We think BEST BUY is very lucky to have them install BEST BUY products!! We are looking to buy another dishwasher and we hope we see them again for installation.

The installers showed up when they said they would. The installer was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The installation was done well and the old dishwasher and packaging materials were hauled away. No complaints.

We had trouble getting the exact dishwasher we wanted delivered from an online purchase. But the local Hotel Circle Albuquerque store solved the online problem. The installer was great--experienced, professional. He fixed a flooring problem that the old dishwasher installer should have noticed. I would recommend going to the store for all appliances and large items that need delivery.

Team did a good job with one exception, they bumped the drain line for tge sink and we had a minor leak, easily fixed in 2 minutes.

David from the GeekSquad arrived on time and installed our new dishwasher without a hitch. He discussed a small placement choice, was careful and respectful of our home, tested the dishwasher out, and cleaned up before he left. Except for our shiny new appliance you would never know he had been here. Nice pleasant guy too. Overall great experience with the GeekSquad installation.

The service professional who installed my dishwasher was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would rank him in the top 3 of all the service professionals I have had to deal with over the years. This gives me great confidence in using Best Buy's service again in the future.
