I had the Geek Squad install my new dishwasher. Again, I am so pleased with how this was completed. They are professional, very nice and got to work right away. When completed, they gave me material explaining the operation of my new product. Went over it with me, and answered all my questions. Then, they cleaned up the boxes and trash and took it away. What a great job!!!For real.

The guys who came out were very respectful of our home and rules. They ended up needing extra parts and had no problem running to the local store to grab em (at our expense but that’s to be expected). They made the entire process seem effortless and were in and out… 2 thumbs up

Delivery was on time and professionally done. Very pleased with the men that handled the delivery and installation from Veterans Plumbing. They were very careful not to scratch the unit or our floors & cabinets. They were experienced & knew what they were doing. Also, they were nice, polite young men.

Installation was flawless and the people doing the work were extremely knowledgeable.

The installers were excellent and even fixed a problem with the disposal that caused my old dishwasher to not drain. Turns out I really didn't need a new dishwasher, but it was so old, I was happy to have these installers put the new one in anyway.

Install of my new dishwasher was smooth and done thoroughly with a full cleanup..including hauling away old unit. It was as if the technician was never here! Very courteous as well.

The crew were great! Ahmed and his partner were extremely patient with us while we had another installer working in the kitchen. They spent time to properly install, which with my old kitchen was not easy. They patiently worked on the dishwasher and made sure everything was working properly. They did a fantastic job.

The installation crew were very knowledgeable! They answered all of my questions. They went through a complete demonstration of every feature on the dishwasher. They cleaned up everything and removed all traces of the old dishwasher.

Installation went very well except for the extra charges by the plumbing company. I am a member of Total Tech so the install should have been free. But the installers changed a valve and rerouted the water supply and charged us $200. I should not be responsible for this but I can’t find anyone at Best Buy to agree.
