The installer did a great job! He was also very personable and customer oriented.

So impressed with the professionalism. I bought a floor model & they came equipped with everything needed for installation. They also cleaned the outside of the dishwasher very nicely getting the sticky sales tag residue off the stainless. They would not take tips. I bought from Best Buy because of them. Installation cost at big box retailers was high dollar especially Lowe’s.

The two techs (Juan and Derek) that came to install my dishwasher were great. They were polite and early. Made sure to clean up after themselves and make sure everything was operational and to my liking. The process with Best Buy has been horrible but the two installers and Ben who scheduled everything was great.

The delivery and install were completed in a vey efficient and professional manner. The workers were friendly and explained what they were doing and tested the dishwasher before they left.

The installers were excellent and even fixed a problem with the disposal that caused my old dishwasher to not drain. Turns out I really didn't need a new dishwasher, but it was so old, I was happy to have these installers put the new one in anyway.

The installation guys did a nice job with the install and with cleaning up any mess made. Wish they would have talked a little more and explained what they were doing during install. They shut off power to the kitchen without advising.

Installer was professional, courteous and quick. We were lucky enough to obtain free installation, which would be silly to refuse. He removed the old unit, allowed me a few minutes to clean the space before placing the new dishwasher, hooked up the new unit and tested. Made a couple of recommendations for using. Very happy with the installer and his work. Left NO MESS behind !!

The Bosch Dishwasher works just great and the Inatallation went well with no hitches.

After the first installation, we had to make another appointment to re-install it which was a hassle but the technician figured out what needed to be redone so it was okay at the end.

I have learned that you either get a geek squad person or a sub contractor. I got the sun contractor. Was polite but split my cabinet when he drilled into it. I didn’t bother reporting it to Best Buy as they never answer the phone. The people scheduled by Best Buy came to take the old dishwasher away before it had been taken out. They wouldn’t de-install it so I was left with my old appliance. They said they would contact me to rearrange but never bothered. Disappointing

The two Best Buy employees that came out to install or dishwasher were very polite followed all the current safety protocols, removed our old dishwasher and replaced it with our new Bosch one in less than an hour. The were respectful and considerate of our home and us.

We chose best buy for a one stop shop of delivery, install and haul away thinking it would simplify our lives but we were very wrong. The initial dishwasher arrived damaged, which was unfortunate but it happens. We were rescheduled for 4 days later, but when they delivered the dishwasher customer service forgot to reschedule the install as well. They told me they could not install it for another 4 days, which we were not happy about because our garbage disposal was shut down from the initial haul away and we were hand washing with a sink that kept getting backed up. A few days later, I called back to see if they could move our installation earlier because of the points above and because there now was a giant dishwasher sitting in the middle of our kitchen blocking our entrance/exit for days. I was told that the last person I talked to didn't fully submit my appt so I actually had no upcoming installation appt, nevermind getting it pushed sooner. The customer service manager I spoke to had no empathy and would not work with me to get a quick turnaround appt after the several mistakes on best buy's part, and I had to wait another 5 days to get it installed. I am extremely disappointed by how best buy handled this.
