Our first attempt to install was rescheduled because our out of the box dishwasher was damaged somehow.(not explained to us) so we rescheduled the next day I was off and we got a new dishwasher and two guys who were very nice came out and installed. One guy had to get another part so it took a bit longer than usual I think, but not anything that was bothersome!! I would definitely pay for this service again if needed!!

The 2-man team arrived as promised and called when they were 20 minutes out. They were very professional and did a great installation. They were very careful to protect the kitchen and were diligent at making sure that everything was aligned properly. They ran the dishwasher through the cycles and gave us a good operations lesson on the new features. I would highly recommend this team.

First dishwasher was installed and they didn't notice a giant (softball size) dent in the front until I pointed it out. A replacement was ordered and installed a few days later and works great.

Installation done in a good manner. This was a reinstallation as I remodeled my kitchen. I got a discount on the normal first time installation charge.

The subcontractor did a good job on the installation of my new dishwasher. only thing I didn't know was that the air gap on the sink isn't part of the install kit. So I was up charged for that. But all in all a good experience.

Buying sight unseen you never know what you are going to get. I was surprised at how much I could fit into this dishwasher. It does not dry very well. I have to open it and kind of let it air dry.

Installation team was kind and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Explained and demonstrated all appliances before they left. Very grateful for how easy they made the experience.

The dishwasher installer from Best Buy did a fantastic job! He called before he came, arrived on time and worked wyickly! He took the old dishwasher out quickly. He went right to work installing the Frigidaire dishwasher and was finished quickly. He showed us exactly how to use it. He told us he had the same dishwasher and loved it. He cleaned up after himself. There was no mess.

The service professional who installed my dishwasher was excellent! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would rank him in the top 3 of all the service professionals I have had to deal with over the years. This gives me great confidence in using Best Buy's service again in the future.

Excellent dishwasher and great installation. Not as quiet as kitchen aide I purchased two years ago for another house but cleans great without finding. Best Buy install was spot on as usual.

Quick and reliable installation, knowledgeable and patient

The installation staff were exceptional in their efficiency. This is important to me as it is difficult for me to move appliances and to bend over to make the appropriate water and electrical connections. I have used other installers for other products and have occasionally had to call another contractor to correct the installation. I recommend the Best Buy installers.

The guy come to install my dishwasher did not put it in right. He dented panel. Then I called back and it was hard to get them rescheduled back. But one of the supervisors called me personally and told me that he would come out Saturday morning first thing and fix everything. Tell me I would get a credit but didn’t receive that but I’m happy with the product. I am happy that the supervisor came out to fix his Workers mess up.
