Installer very professional, no paper work with model and serial number had to go out to truck before he left and take pictures on info on box. First unit sent out had paper work with numbers

The installation went great but it was not as timely as I expected. Also I felt the man was overscheduled for the day. I was the last of 9 installations. I truly hope he was paid well for doing this on Friday after Thanksgiving. Wonderful man, great job.

They got it installed and the dishwasher works ok.

I was lucky enough to have free installation with the purchase of my new dishwasher, but it would have been worth paying for. The technician was a third party vendor, and they were very informative during the installation process. They showed me a minor defect in the front door (but very unnoticeable), and gave me a brief overview on how to operate the dishwasher.

Glad I decided to use their installation instead of attempting myself. They needed to cut a plastic pipe to replace a connector. Didn't care for the lack of carefulness before water was turned on or running the dw. Had water everywhere...twice. One was a forgettfulNess and the other was just a potential issue and didn't expect it. Seems to me they should plan for water and move quickly when it happens. They were nice. Also wish salesperson would have mentioned the potential other costs for installations, I know they can't list everything but a list would have been nice. I might have bundled the install with other plumber items I needed if i had known.

The installers were professional and courteous. They called ahead to notify of their arrival. Did an excellent job of removing the old dishwasher, installing the new one, and explaining to operate the new dishwasher.

From salesman thru install, we have been very happy and most satisfied with Best Buy. Our salesman David was very knowledgeable and helpful. The installer was on time,did his job well and efficiently. We are very satisfied with Best Buy people and Best Buy protocol. Our next major appliance will be purchased at Best Buy. They put customer 1st from start to finish.

The person who installed our dishwasher was very friendly and fast. He broke a tile below the dishwasher in my kitchen but did not mention it.

Installation crews (2) arrived on time. Took out my old one and completed installation less than an hour. They were very professional and knows what they are doing.

Dishwasher works great every time.. easy to use and clean everything the first time

Dishwasher works great now that it is installed correctly and the door shuts correctly. We had to get a replacement dishwasher because the door did not line up to close correctly. I was very happy to find out that the unbalanced installation of the first dishwasher was the cause for the excessive moisture left in the machine after drying. It works great now and dishes actually dry now!

The installers were professional, on time, got done quickly, explained the operation of my dishwasher as it has a ton of features. They were the best.

Very good installation - they even came back when I saw what I thought was a knick on the door. It turned out to be the invisible cover!

The gentleman from Veteran's plumbing not only did a great job but were punctual, professional, polite and pleasant. They explained all the functions of the dishwasher well, cleaned everything up and removed our old dishwasher. Highly recommend them!
