I have learned that you either get a geek squad person or a sub contractor. I got the sun contractor. Was polite but split my cabinet when he drilled into it. I didn’t bother reporting it to Best Buy as they never answer the phone. The people scheduled by Best Buy came to take the old dishwasher away before it had been taken out. They wouldn’t de-install it so I was left with my old appliance. They said they would contact me to rearrange but never bothered. Disappointing

Installer did a great job on removing the old dishwasher and installing the new one.

The two Best Buy employees that came out to install or dishwasher were very polite followed all the current safety protocols, removed our old dishwasher and replaced it with our new Bosch one in less than an hour. The were respectful and considerate of our home and us.

Installation team removed and replaced my defective Samsung dishwasher. New one working well.

The installer screwed and unscrewed multiple times in the same area during installation. And also weakened the wood around the dishwasher considerably. Now the dishwasher door is not shutting after a few uses. I don’t know if it’s a leaving issue. I have no idea at this point. I am so frustrated.

The delivery men came and got the job done in 20 minutes tops! They were quick and effecient.

It was great to have the appliances professionally installed. They look and work fabulous!!

Installation service was top notch! You would never know it was a replacement dishwasher!

The person who installed our dishwasher did an excellent job in every way. He called us to inform us when he was coming & showed up at that time. He removed our old dishwasher and installed the new one efficiently. He also explained some important features of the product.

They were fast and very happy with how it works and would pick it again

The installer exhibited great knowledge and willingness to deal with a couple of minor issues that a previous installation team would not deal with. We appreciated the creative, can-do attitude of the installation team and they did a great job.

The install was sub par for people who should be experts. At first I gave the installers a good rating and then I noticed a few issues. The matched kick plate I have under it was not not put back on and was just slid to the side. The dishwasher itself is not flush with the counter top. Also they cut the floor a little bit to have it slide into the hole and did not clean up the mess they made from doing so. The dish washer is not currently leaking so good job on tightening the lines.

I can't remember the names of my installers- and I stupidly lost the receipt. They were flat out AMAZING. I think one of the guy's names was something like Elias, but I know I am spelling that completely wrong. They were fast, nice, and above all helpful. They gave me advice on keeping my fridge clean! Just awesome.

They came when they said they would and installed it fast and without any issues.

The install was a great decision. The guys were in and out. Very clean and polite.

I had to have someone else install as the crew were unable to get it back into the cabinet far enough. It's an issue with Bosch. They were courteous and did try multiple ideas to get it to work.

Pretty quick and easy. Definitely look over the manuals after install they give you a lot of information but the manuals might help keep you from melting plastic, etc..
