Installation was done by the contractor supplied by Best Buy, GSC Custom Appliance, Keith Jr. and Sam. The installation was done right the first time and demonstration was provided. The installers were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Installation done in a good manner. This was a reinstallation as I remodeled my kitchen. I got a discount on the normal first time installation charge.

Installer was very efficient and friendly. He also gave us the solution for what to do with a 30 year old trash compactor in our kitchen that we never use. We took his advice and bought a 12 inch wine cooler that makes our kitchen look brand new!

I had thought about attempting this myself, but when I watched the technician do it, I decided it was worth the money-it would have been a project for me, and I am sure I'd have forgotten some connection that would have led to a lake on the kitchen floor. The technician answered all of my questions, cleaned up after the job and had this up and running in no time.

Two installers arrived on time and installed our new dishwasher quickly and cleanly. They put protection down from the door to the appliance, too. We couldn’t be happier!

The delivery guys dented our fridge and stove. They brought them both in on a dolly. The box of the stove actually says not to use a dolly. I didn't see that until it was already in our home. They also gave us a damaged gas line for the stove. Then they scratched the dishwasher that they removed. We sold it but the scratch affected the price we were able to get for it. Best Buys customer service was awesome though. They replaced our stove and the new delivery guys hand carried the stove in. The fridge dent was in the back and didn't really affect anything so we just kept it. In conclusion: I don't recommend their installers but customer service was great.

Rodger was the best-- professional, efficient, and after he installed the dishwasher he stuck around to show me how to properly operate it.

Dishwasher us very quiet and does a great job on getting dishes clean.

The installation crew were very knowledgeable! They answered all of my questions. They went through a complete demonstration of every feature on the dishwasher. They cleaned up everything and removed all traces of the old dishwasher.

Delivery guys were quick and efficient, would recommend the install service.

They technicians were very nice, but could not remove the old dishwasher due to concerns about damaging the floor. I fully understand they do not want to assume any liability, but it was a little bit of a hassle. All in all, happy with the results.

The tech guys came out to install our new dishwasher. They were well aware of all he previous issues (2 damaged dishwashers) that occurred before they installed. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied! Well done !

We purchased the Bosch 800 Series 24 inch built-in dishwasher with stainless steel tub and installation. Michael Reid, sales consultant, not only knew his products, but managed the paperwork for seamless installation support. Shaun installed the dishwasher and provided follow up after installation. His support was exceptionally excellent. Both men receive our greatest appreciation.
