Moran and Nate installed our dishwasher. They were very professional and proficient.

Came on time, called ahead and was very meticulous in the installation process.

Two Nice guys showed up took out the old washer, hooked up the new one (with no leaks) and carried out all the trash. Cleaned up after themselves they were a 10 out of 10 !

During the first installation, they were quick only for me to find the next day that the door would click when fully opened. Turned out later that they had installed the face plate incorrectly, and that was tripping when the door was fully opened. As a result, that face plate had bent out of shape, so they ended up installing a new dishwasher.

The fellas didn’t hook up the electrical plug to a working plug. They completely missed the working electrical plug right at dishwashers back end. They dragged the cord over to the non functioning plug under the sink. They came back and fixed it. I had to make another 7 to 7 appointment. It took three attempts to get it installed. Not a happy customer.

The initial installation was great! The installer was very professional, and quick. However , when the plastic was removed from the outside, he noticed the stainless steel was very scratched on the edges. Instead of trying to hide it, he directly pointed it out. We made the decision to have a new one installed. The second installation went very smoothly as well.

Geek Squad installed dishwasher with a defective door, and they knew it, because they did not test the dishwasher before they left the home, Luckily I tried it it, and the leaking all over my kitchen floor before it ruined the floor.
