The two guys that showed up, on time, were very polite, clearly explained what they were doing, asked permission to do various things during the process and really made it a great experience. Asked me constantly if I had any questions or concerns and showed me how to do basic operations of the new dishwasher along with what to look out for. Really happy with this experience.

Ashley and Heather did a great job. Removed and hauled away the old dishwasher and easily installed the new one. Heather explained how to operate once installed. The team was neat and professional. They called ahead and I knew when to expect them. For appliances and technology, Best Buy and the Geek Squad is my choice.

These guys did a super job. According to the pre-install I had everything. However, the the unit required that the hookup be in the back. The crew handled it with skill and all turned out well.

It was never installed. They told me i needed to hire a plumber to connect the drain line. So idk how it is marked completed..

Waited a long time for this out of stock dishwasher made in NC due to pandemic shut downs. Very glad to get the install and our installer was friendly and efficient. I would rate this third party contract employee with five stars. Dishwasher review should come later but expect it to outlast my last two Vikings.

After the first installation, we had to make another appointment to re-install it which was a hassle but the technician figured out what needed to be redone so it was okay at the end.

The guy gave us excellent service. Even though the kit we bought was inadiquite, He had extra parts available to finish the job at no extra cost to us. He was very thoughtful and a pleasure to have in our home

My husband was at home for the delivery. I was worried about ordering online. But this was the smoothest purchase I’ve had in a very long time. The technician was very good at communicating what time he was coming to our house. My husband was very impressed with their communication about the product. We will use Best Buy again
