Installers were prompt and installation was efficiently done.

Igor and Mel showed up, carted off the broken dishwasher, installed the new dishwasher, and verified it worked. Superb job, very smooth, answered all my questions, and completed everything in a total of 15 minutes! They made it look so easy! They even went over all my paperwork and care instructions with me! Excellent customer service and professionalism!

The guy come to install my dishwasher did not put it in right. He dented panel. Then I called back and it was hard to get them rescheduled back. But one of the supervisors called me personally and told me that he would come out Saturday morning first thing and fix everything. Tell me I would get a credit but didn’t receive that but I’m happy with the product. I am happy that the supervisor came out to fix his Workers mess up.

I got it for a great price. It's pretty quite. very simple. but it is kind of small inside the washer. but I'm okay with it because it's just me. you wouldn't want this one if you had big family.

The installers were timely and professional. There was a problem that the installers had repaired and replaced at no extra charge to us. A valve was damaged when the installer turned it off , but they made it good ! These particular installers made an aggravating issue a non-issue by their professionalism ! Very pleased with this install and highly recommend .

Best Buy hires subcontractors to do dishwasher installations. These guys did a great job, took their time but still didn't take long and they pointed out every little detail (dishwasher was level but top of counter didn't line up exactly, electrical was done wrong on previous dishwasher, why the drain line needs to be raised, etc.). They did excellent work!
