The crew sent with the dishwasher for installation was very respectful and efficient. We were instructed on how to start along with the different settings to use. We were very pleased with the young men and the great installation!

We arranged for Best Buy to deliver and install our new Bosch dishwasher. Norman arrived and set about his task with the most professional demeanor. It all happened so quick. We were also impressed with how quiet, clean and knowledgeable he was. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The Best Buy install crew showed up on time and worked efficiently and professionally. They had the dishwasher installed quickly, and hauled away the old unit. Took the time to update our electrical GFCI receptacle and quarter turn water shut off valve prior to their arrival. They said those improvements made for an easy install . Had a drying issue with the unit. Let them know right away. They scheduled delivery for a brand new replacement unit at no charge. If I were ordering again I would probably upgraded to next level with Perfect Dry which adds a fan to the heated drying function . Still, new replacement working as needed. Peace of mind knowing you can still get quality service, and a warranty.

Jonathan did a great job installing my Whirlpool dishwasher! He checked that there was no leaks, and the machine was running well. He also answer my questions on how to check the filters.

When it comes to dishwasher installations, Best Buy farms them out to an outside company. You are at their mercy as far as scheduling, and if you run into any issues, try as they might, Best Buy does not have a lot of power to help you. My actual installer was a very nice young man, and he was efficient and competent. He had to get a power box installed under my sink to change the old hard-wiring to a plug. It was just a challenge with the call center that reduced my score. The personnel were pleasant enough to talk to, but the process did take three weeks to get resolved, and reschedulings were not well communicated nor easy to follow up with.

We have used this dishwasher for over a month and are very happy with its performance. It is very quiet, cleans well, and has a flexible interior for different size kitchen wares. We like the front panel controls that allow us to easily check operation status and progress.

I live in a condo with a kitchen, dining and living room combination. This dishwasher is so quiet that when standing next to it you can't hear it, let alone across the room. It not only is quiet but it is huge with adjustable shelves for tall glasses and has a tray for large spoons and things. Love it!

The Whirlpool Dishwasher was a wonderful investment for our remodeled kitchen in our Condo. It run so quietly and never hear it running. The dishes and silverware come out sparkling clean every time they are washed. We really appreciate having the stainless-steel interior as we know that it will hold up for a lifetime. Doug our installer from Best Buy was super in getting installed and we are so blessed with all the appliances that we purchased from Best Buy. We purchased this Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher as part of a package of appliances for our new home. There is a nice variety of cycles to choose from, and it operates well, although the cycles are quite long. It is exceptionally quiet. Our main issue with the dishwasher is that it remains wet after the cycle is complete, even on the sahara dry setting. We have set our water heater to the hottest setting, and this has not even resolved the problem. So far, no odors related to this problem. Because of this, I could not recommend this dishwasher.

The installation of our new dishwasher was scheduled between 8 and 10. At 8, he called and said he was finishing up the prior installation. He was here at 8:15, and gone with the old dishwasher by 8:30. Very quick, professional, helpful with advice, and painless for us! I totally recommend the service.

Very happy with new dishwasher. Very quiet and dishes sparkle. Plenty of space for large number of dishes. Installers very professional and answered questions patiently.

The dishwater runs very quietly. The different settings are easy to put in place and do a good job of cleaning from small loads to a packed dishwasher. I like the fact that there is plenty of room for my larger serving platters. Glassware comes out shiny without water stains. I recommend this dishwasher.

This dishwasher replaced a whirlpool gold dishwasher. We went with this one versus the Bosch because KitchenAid is built in the USA. We are very pleased with the quiet operation and the job it does. You can barely hear it run in a quiet house.

The dishwasher looks good and works great. The installers did a great job they routed my water line to a better location toward the back of the dishwasher great job. They used a level to get everything right. If you could get these guys to train your other employee's that would be great.
