These installers arrived on time. Were very thorough and professional. They discovered the previous installer, not from Best Buy, had kinked the water supply hose and the open box dishwasher we purchased days before did not have a bad water pump. I decided to keep the new in the box Samsung dishwasher and the installers made quick work of the swap and demonstrated my new Samsung dishwasher.

Jared and Leo did an excellent job! They called to let me know they were on the way, arrived within the promised window, and finished the installation and haul away of the old dishwasher in about an hour. They were friendly, professional, and took precautions to protect the hardwood floors while installing. Great experience!

Installation was for a new dishwasher, review is for the installation only, not the dishwasher installed which is a different review. The installation job was contracted to a third party, not geek squad, so you results will vary by location. Installer was professional and very courteous. He arrived on time to do the work. Which is extremely rare these days. And completed the job quickly. I would highly recommend his services to others. Word of warning, which isn't given by Best Buy, but should. When purchasing new appliances be absolutely sure all your current hookups are relatively recent, in good shape and can be disconnected. Older appliances might be hard wired (no longer code in many places) and piped directly into plumbing without disconnect. These will incur extra costs for plumbing and electrical work, assuming your installer is qualified otherwise you'll need to hire your local plumber or electrician. Be wary of natural gas appliances as often these have to be connected by licensed plumbers in many areas.

This product was a replacement for a defective dishwasher. The installation was performed perfectly. Much better than the previous installation. It’s more secure and runs quietly as it should. The men were very professional.

had to have new dishwasher replaced, the second crew came late at night, tired an ready to go home, they did A GREAT JOB, STAYED UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT. THEY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS LEVEL, AND WORKING RIGHT. THESE WHERE GREAT GUYS!!!!!

The dishwasher is fantastic but the installation is questionable. Screws holding in DW are right at the edge of the cabinet, any wrong move with the DW could rip a chunk out of the Cabernet face. Plus they scratched the cabinet face. DW is installed out a bit to dad as the adjacent drawer barely clears the DW. Also waterline was tied to our sink sprayer hose rendering the sprayer useless.

Love the dishwasher. After I finally got it installed. They didn't commuicate who was bringing what or that the installer was not the one delivering the dishwasher. Sent 2 trucks out from Mishawaka, which is an Hour 1/2 from my house. When I purchased it from Fort Wayne, which is less than an hour. Charge me $80 to bring it. It was a waste of time for installer coming, for they thought it wasn't something they could do.

I am very happy with the dishwasher. So far it has been working well for a month. The delivery team also did an excellent job with installation.

Installation of the dishwasher went well and very much appreciate the hard work of installing the new and removing the old dishwasher. New LG dishwasher works like a dream! Steamer works great to kill all the seasonal bugs too.

Done by a 3rd party whom the workers know their stuff but their Team Lead Jeremy was terrible and gave specific instructions to leave the broken and leaking dishwasher in our house and in our Island. The team lead also gave instruction to leave all of the garbage that came along with the dishwasher so he could have his next crew wrap the broken one back up and sell it for an "as is", condition. The workers tried to change the mind of their team lead as well as my husband and myself but Jeremy refused and a mess was left in our kitchen that my husband and I had to fix and take care of so our Island wouldn't be ruined from the water damage from the broken dishwasher that had just been left for my husband and I to figure out and take care of. We still had our old dishwasher so according to Best Buy the broken one should not have been left and left for us to deal with water leakage and all. We filed a complaint with Best Buy and were told we would be compensated for our time and issues with the Team Lead and having to deal with 3 tries in getting our dishwasher that didnt have a broken lock or didn't come with a piece broken where it then leaked water everywhere. We still havent been compensated and we havent even so much as received an apology from anyone other than Best Buy telling us that the 2nd dishwasher leaking and all wasn't dealt with correctly by the Team Lead. Each time when there was an issue the worker would call the team lead and have the call on speaker so we all could talk to him and thus thats why we heard everything from the you leave it broken and leaking there to the next guys will repackage it and sell it "as is", when it was broken and leaking. So, after all of the issues we finally have our dishwasher on the 3rd try and it works great. Overall the workers knew how to install the washer it however came broken upon arrival 2 times which is just bad luck. In the end, we are so unhappy with the Team Lead and his unprofessional decisions and how he mishandled the issues we wish he would take responsibility and provide us the compensation we were told we would have.

Quiet and efficient. It holds enough dishes for a dinner party

The young man who installed my dishwasher and removed the old was very polite and efficient. I have no complaints about him or how the install went! My only concern is: since the dishwasher swap, I smell septic fumes both in the dishwasher and in the cabinet under the sink. I'm concerned maybe something is off.

My appliance was delivered in a timely monor. Tge delivery personnel were knowledgeable and efficient.

Isolation was great technician even taught me some things about the dishwasher. I did not know.
