This team was professional and did a great job. They contacted me the day before the install to confirm the appointment and specify the arrival window. On the day of the appointment they came promptly and performed the install quickly. Everything was done professionally and the installers were very polite. I am very pleased.

Needed to get under cabinet which they did. Friendly and knowledgable

Had an issue where 3rd party installer didn't think he could install the dishwasher. Had to reschedule with the owner of the 3rd party company but was installed without issue. A bit of a hassle but well worth it being a total tech member to have this done for free.

Friendly, polite, efficient installer. Much better than my experience with Home Depot. Only one reservation--I wish he had demonstarted and explained the cycles

Installation went very well. Professional gentlemen. Allowed me to clean before they set in the new dishwasher. Asked us for a towel to prevent a spill.

They didn't call the night before with a two hour window like I was told they would. All I got was a recorded call about 9:00 the night before saying they would be at my house between 7 and 1. They called the next morning about 7:30 saying that they would be here between 11 and 1. Got a phone call at 1:15 saying they were running late and would be here in about 30 minutes. Got another phone call at 2 saying they would be here in about 10 minutes which they were. Once they got here they did a fine job and were very professional.

Dish washer was installed without any problem. Worked the first time.

They were on time and installed the dishwasher in a short period of time. The were informative and professional. I would use the "Best Buy" services again should the need arise.

The dishwasher team was effective and timely. They tested the dishwasher before they left and even gave me helpful tips to maintaining the dishwasher.
