Third party was used. They were late by an hour of the window given. After reaching the call center I did receive a call from the installers saying they were on their way. They removed the old unit and professionally installed the new one. I was pleased in the end.

The installers were professional and effeceint. I had an unexpected cost of $350 which was not in my budget as the intstallers informed me that they had to install an outlet and drain system. They stated this was because the power source was outdated and that Best Buy should have discussed this with before hand.

The person who installed my dishwasher did a great job and was in/out very quickly. I recommend getting the BB Total Tech membership; They will deliver and haul off your old dishwasher for free in addition to the extended warranty perks of the membership.

The installer was very efficient and quick. He bought the new dishwasher in with little effort and removed the old one and hauled it away. Later that day some other people came to haul it away but that was already done.

I would have given 5 stars were it not for them scratching up the control panel during install. They are going to replace the panel but it will take 3 plus weeks to get it replaced. Other than that the service was on time and courteous and professional.
