the installation guy had the old dishwasher out and the new one in in less that 1 hour.

The gentleman (Frank) that installed my dishwasher was fantastic!Polite,friendly, professional and knew exactly what he was doing.He came in and installed the dishwasher explained everything to me and was gone within an hour. I would definitely without a doubt highly recommend Frank.

Ryan and Preston did a very professional job of finishing the installation and fixing the problems that the previous installers left us with. Every thing was done the way it should have been in the first place and in the right way.

My dishwasher as dented inside from the installation, It was a pipe sticking out in back and the dishwasher could not be pushed all the way in to fit right.

Very quiet- hardly notice it is running...dries dishes....various load size settings

The guys that installed my dishwasher were great! Super diligent and conscientious which instilled confidence. They arrived on time, made sure the washer worked after install, and hauled away the box and packing. It was well worth the money!

The installation of my new dishwasher was done by two very nice guys. They even took extra time and corrected the very inefficient original “piping/tubing” pathway that was created (as a shortcut that never should have been done) by the previous homeowners. I’m very happy with my choice to pay for professional installation.

As always they did s great job. They took the old one with them.

The men who installed our dishwasher were fantastic!! Very personable and friendly and did a wonderful job on the installation! They even checked to see if we had to pay extra for the installation of a 110 watt hookup. They are a real impressive part of your company!!

Installers were on time, efficient, courteous & clean. They were knowledgeable about use of product & explained how to use the dishwasher & keep it clean.

Great job installing! They arrived on time and they knew what they were doing.

I would have rated higher but the third party installer was rude. Before arriving, he demanded I showed proof of "haul away" of the old washer even though it was on the work ticket. What ended up happening, when they delivered the new washer, the third party installer marked the "haul away" complete even though it wasn't. He came in and upon inspecting the new washer, he was saying it was missing parts and that it wasn't going to fit (even though I measured and saw the "new" washer had adjustable feet.) He made us buy additional parts, not an issue, but he made it out like he was doing is a "favor." He also stated he had to do "extra" to get the old washer out and that he "could've charged" an extra $100 but he didn't because he did us a "favor." Other than the excess stress/drama, the installation itself was fine.

Worst installation ever…when he turned the water off under the sink (which was totally empty) it caused a leak that he did not notice till water and starting on our wooden floor quite always. He was struggling with assembly, the insulation you wrap was pulled back and he fought to push dishwasher back in its place. The dishwasher we replaced is the exact same kitchen-aid model and size and it fit fine. It’s still out more than it should be. Since there was a leak he could not test run it. We soaked up towels to get water off the floor. Paid $200 to plumber to repair leak. We had bought a Kitchenaid Refrigerator from you and had the best installers so this was VERY DISAPPOINTING!

Very friendly. Did great job installing new dishwasher. Replaced very old one for new.

We were warned at the store that we may need to install a duplex outlet under the cabinet once they pulled the old dishwasher... and sure enough it needed one. The installer got it done, cost extra but at least now we meet code and it works.

The installation guys did a nice job with the install and with cleaning up any mess made. Wish they would have talked a little more and explained what they were doing during install. They shut off power to the kitchen without advising.

The service was very good. Best buy got a few things wrong with the order but the the service man was able to get it worked out.
