The installer was excellent. He explained every step of the installation, patiently answered questions and assured me that he would return if I had problems. In addition, delivery of the dishwasher was on time and the installer and assistants were efficient.

The Geek Squad installers were great. But the dishwasher was defective. So a week later a second unit was installed by non-GS installers. They were 2 hours late and not nearly as competent or professional.

The men that installed my dishwasher were quick and Professional. I really want to thank them for removing my old dishwasher and showing us how to use the new one after the install.

Like my dishwasher, the only thing all these new dishwashers any brand do not come with kick plates

I had a LG Dishwasher installed on a Thursday afternoon. The installer arrived within the stated time and the installation went mostly smooth. It took probably 90 minutes or so, and my old unit was hauled away.

I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher and a Dishwasher Install Kit on January 30, 2024, for approximately $500.00. That same day I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator and Refrigerator Install Kit from Chris Larrison, a Best Buy Associate. Initially, the delivery was set for Thursday, February 8th, but due to the 7am to 7pm “window” for delivery, the delivery date was changed to Saturday, February 10th, when my work schedule would not be an issue. The driver delivered the refrigerator and the dishwasher with their respective installation kits but informed me that he was only delivering the appliances because I had not requested that the items be installed. The driver said he had a truck full of appliances to be delivered but not to be installed! He apologized for Best Buy’s handling of appliance sales and installations. I immediately called the Best Buy Geek Squad. The Geek Squad associate informed me that I had to request that an appliance be installed at the time of purchase. I told the associate that that was absurd. I had an installation kit for each appliance, so why would I not want Best Buy to provide installation? The Geek Squad associate said that as a Best Buy “member” I was entitled to free appliance installation. The Geek Squad associate. Fortunately, a building contractor was at my house when the appliances were delivered and was able to connect to the refrigerator so that my food would not spoil. I paid for the refrigerator installation then although I was entitled to free installation because I am a Best Buy “Member” I told the Geek Squad associate that I would have Best Buy install the dishwasher since it was owing to me as a Best Buy Member. The next available installation date was March 8th. On March 8th, a Friday, I waited all day for the installer, but no one showed up. The installer was to have come between noon and 3:00pm. It never happened. A new installation date was made for March 16th, a Saturday. The installer was supposed to have come between noon and 3:00pm, but the installer did not come until 5:00pm. He took an hour to do a lousy job and tricked me into signing a satisfaction statement. On April 6th, the same installer showed up at 3:00pm although I was informed that the window was between 7am and 10:00 am. I asked that the installer who did the lousy job not come to which they agreed, but that did not happen. He acknowledged that he had done a terrible job. What an employee! Not only did he perform the installation poorly, but he was also sloppy leaving a mess under the sink and was indifferent to my house knocking the doorframe with his gurney as he dragged the dishwasher into the house from the garage.

The guys came out on time, they were quick and very neat and clean.

The company hired to do the installation was on time and professional. Since this was a dishwasher install there was some water spilling expected when replacing the lines; the installers cleaned up any water and made sure everything was dry. Dishwasher was installed correctly and new lines were routed professionally and out of the way under the sink. Overall very pleased.

Upon the first installation, the unit was not inserted into the cabinet base equally on both sides. Since social distancing was in place, I did not really get close to the unit until after the installers had left. I also did not get any type of instructional overview with the installation, as expected. They were otherwise professional. BestBuy did make it right, after waiting for a second appointment, the second crew was able to fix the error in just a few minutes.

Installer was the perfect team member for the job. Extremely considered of the property, vry careful and would not finish until machine was level and shims covering openings. went over operation and helpful tips. real plus

Installers were on time. Very cordial. Explained the procedure and executed it effortlessly. Left the work area clean, good house keeping. Tested work for leaks and explained machine operating procedure, care and maintenance. Left contact information for concerns and any repairs that might come up. Took about forty minutes from start to finish.

We were offered a free install with this Kitchen Aid dishwasher. The company was outsourced by Best Buy and did an excellent job. They gave us an approximate time of arrival and called when they were about 30 minutes away. The service guy was professional and polite and answered all our questions. He even gave us some tips which have proven to be helpful.
