The installation was very good. I don’t have any problems with that.

The two guys who came to install my dishwasher were amazing! They were very fast and professional. I loved how they made sure everything was level amd working properly.

The delivery / installation was great! Arrived on time and was very meticulous to make sure the dishwasher was level, no leaks, etc. He took out the packaging material to the garbage and cleaned up. I could not have been more impressed with him!

They delivered our dishwasher, but they told us we needed an extension hose because of location. We understood the problem. They told us the would be back the following Monday (1 week). However, they never showed back up. Come to find out, it was all miscommunication problems…mostly on their end. It took almost a month for them to get back to install our dishwasher. We loved the guys who did the work, but Best Buy needs to work on communication with their installation teams.

The delivery guys dented our fridge and stove. They brought them both in on a dolly. The box of the stove actually says not to use a dolly. I didn't see that until it was already in our home. They also gave us a damaged gas line for the stove. Then they scratched the dishwasher that they removed. We sold it but the scratch affected the price we were able to get for it. Best Buys customer service was awesome though. They replaced our stove and the new delivery guys hand carried the stove in. The fridge dent was in the back and didn't really affect anything so we just kept it. In conclusion: I don't recommend their installers but customer service was great.

Best Buy installers where excellent, Yonatan and Daniel were outstanding, courteous and professional. What was terrible was rescheduling the installation because of a plumbing problem which was quickly resolved, the problem was with Best Buy scheduling not the installers who were outstanding.

Dishwasher works great now that it is installed correctly and the door shuts correctly. We had to get a replacement dishwasher because the door did not line up to close correctly. I was very happy to find out that the unbalanced installation of the first dishwasher was the cause for the excessive moisture left in the machine after drying. It works great now and dishes actually dry now!

Installers arrived on time, were knowledgeable about the product and completed installation in a very timely manner. Very happy with the installation process.

The installer was excellent. He explained every step of the installation, patiently answered questions and assured me that he would return if I had problems. In addition, delivery of the dishwasher was on time and the installer and assistants were efficient.

Dishwasher install was superb. They let me know of required work prior to being to hook it up. My floor is uneven and they made sure they top mounted to prevent any issues!

AIS installed our unit and Bernardo and Brandon were great. They were fast and didn’t make any mess. They installed it within 20 minutes with taking out the old unit and installing the new one. They were professional, quick, and nice guys.

The initial installation was great! The installer was very professional, and quick. However , when the plastic was removed from the outside, he noticed the stainless steel was very scratched on the edges. Instead of trying to hide it, he directly pointed it out. We made the decision to have a new one installed. The second installation went very smoothly as well.

Nice people did an excellent job installing the dishwasher and gave me instructions on how to use it and answered my questions. They good advice on how to use the dishwasher with other dishwasher detergents. They did everything with a professional and dedicated attitude while wearing their mask.
