Delivery guys were quick and efficient, would recommend the install service.

The installation went great but it was not as timely as I expected. Also I felt the man was overscheduled for the day. I was the last of 9 installations. I truly hope he was paid well for doing this on Friday after Thanksgiving. Wonderful man, great job.

The installation itself was great, only one drawback was the installer accidentally cut the wall plug of my waste disposal. As of 7/9/22, I still have no resolution. I’ve been contacted by the insurance company and I’m still waiting.

The install crew is pleasant and very professional. Removal and installation was quicker than my teeth cleaning. They also gave me a lot of information regarding the appliance and the geek squad protection I purchased. They even ask me for a vacuum to clean up the area. Everything was good.

This team was professional and did a great job. They contacted me the day before the install to confirm the appointment and specify the arrival window. On the day of the appointment they came promptly and performed the install quickly. Everything was done professionally and the installers were very polite. I am very pleased.

We purchased the Bosch 800 Series 24 inch built-in dishwasher with stainless steel tub and installation. Michael Reid, sales consultant, not only knew his products, but managed the paperwork for seamless installation support. Shaun installed the dishwasher and provided follow up after installation. His support was exceptionally excellent. Both men receive our greatest appreciation.

These guys were amazing! Their attention to detail was impeccable. They did their job and they did it thoroughly all while dealing with my 2 1/2-year-old toddler who wouldn’t stop talking about princesses during Covid! Geek Squad installed dishwasher with a defective door, and they knew it, because they did not test the dishwasher before they left the home, Luckily I tried it it, and the leaking all over my kitchen floor before it ruined the floor.

Cruz was an exceptional installer! He went far beyond to accommodate a difficult installation and went to a nearby parts store to purchase an item that was not in his truck. The timing of having the work completed was important to me since I was leaving town shortly after his work.
