The tech was fast, efficient, and took time to explain the dish washers functions. He also gave info on how the keep the machine operating as it should and a long time

The dishwasher was installed and seems to work correctly. The company that came out to install charged me $48 for some miscellaneous part. The same company was supposed to come out and install the oven that day and it was a disaster on the oven front. But Best Buy made everything right (and gave me a gift card to reimburse me for the part). I appreciate that they followed through on the customer service from their end and hope they don’t use that install contractor in the future.

The guy gave us excellent service. Even though the kit we bought was inadiquite, He had extra parts available to finish the job at no extra cost to us. He was very thoughtful and a pleasure to have in our home

Worst purchase ever made. I was never told my dishwasher needed to be right next to the sink. I have the total tech and on top of free delivery I am supposed to get free installation. The delivery company ( a third party ) not even geek squad told me they couldn’t install it! I had to install it myself!

Worked fairly fast and efficiently. A little upset that they didn't like my water valve

Excellent dishwasher and great installation. Not as quiet as kitchen aide I purchased two years ago for another house but cleans great without finding. Best Buy install was spot on as usual.

The delivery / installation was great! Arrived on time and was very meticulous to make sure the dishwasher was level, no leaks, etc. He took out the packaging material to the garbage and cleaned up. I could not have been more impressed with him!

They did the hook up quickly and were clean. Overall easy.

It's nice to know that you can buy appliances from Best Buy and have them arrange for the installation. The 2 service guys that did the job were very courteous, and efficient. The only downside was we had to wait a week and a half for an available install date. I guess that shows how busy these installers are! Real Happy that we didnt have to find our own install service!!

The company contracted by BestBuy did a competent job on the installation of the dishwasher, but as a separately contracted OTR microwave installation, he botched it up really badly.
