The installer was on time. Did the job quickly in about 30 minutes including removal of old dishwasher and were neat and courteous

They technicians were very nice, but could not remove the old dishwasher due to concerns about damaging the floor. I fully understand they do not want to assume any liability, but it was a little bit of a hassle. All in all, happy with the results.

Did a great job delivering, installing and even explaining how to use our new dishwasher. They even pointed out a small damaged areas on handle and called it in to report to best buy customer service. Great service!

The installer showed up within the scheduled time along with the range and dishwasher, and unfortunately my kitchen contractor was behind on their schedule. He set the appliances inside and asked if I wanted him to come back later, just call his office. I never did, I had my contractor hooking up all the appliances. Great Service though and appreciate it.

Our dishwasher installer was fair at best. Speak another language in front of us and swearing "f" bombs. Didn't know how to start the dishwasher. It was not aligned properly or to our liking. Best buy came though on follow up visits.

The installation was difficult because installers could not get access to discharge hose and counter top were higher than “standard”. Installers resolved both issues. Only gave 4 stars because they did leave a small scratch in floor.
