Very good experience. On time and the appliance does not leak

The delivery and installation was great. I was constantly kept up to date on the time of the appointment and then the driver called to say he was 30 minutes away. They arrived on time and installed the dishwasher quickly and walked me thru the operation and it has been running fine since.

Well worth the money to have no worries when using appliance. Love Best Buy for appliance installation. This is the second time I used them for a new appliance, better than any other. They take their time going over every question, showing you how to use your new item, clean professional and mindful of the inside of your house.

The installation itself was great, only one drawback was the installer accidentally cut the wall plug of my waste disposal. As of 7/9/22, I still have no resolution. I’ve been contacted by the insurance company and I’m still waiting.

The installer delivered the unit and was efficient as he completed the installation. He took steps to protect the floor and cleaned up after he finished.

These guys did a super job. According to the pre-install I had everything. However, the the unit required that the hookup be in the back. The crew handled it with skill and all turned out well.

Came on time and installed my new dishwasher with no issues or complaints.

Installation went very well except for the extra charges by the plumbing company. I am a member of Total Tech so the install should have been free. But the installers changed a valve and rerouted the water supply and charged us $200. I should not be responsible for this but I can’t find anyone at Best Buy to agree.

The office called to confirm that the technicians would install the dishwasher on the scheduled day and gave us a 2 hour window of our choosing. On the scheduled day, the technician called to say they would be at our house in 20 minutes (30 minutes ahead of schedule). They completed the installation very quickly, cleaned up the area and took the old dishwasher away. Great job!
