Techs were on time and very professional. Explained what they were doing and advised me what to do incase a problem arose, which it hasn't.

Like the way the dishes are cleaned. Don't like the fact that there is tremendous moisture on the back wall of the dishwasher after the cycle and water standing on the cups.

The installers were very observant and saw theat the door panel had a bubble. Bestbuy is going to exchange it out. I never would have caught that

We had an installation issue with our dishwasher. BB sent out a 3rd party vendor that broke the dishwasher. I went into the store and the GM made the situation right. Would recommend.

This is a great product and having it installed was a breeze.

Installer came exactly when promised. Was in and out in about a half hour, leaving no mess and removing the old unit. Only issue is that we couldn't get it delivered and installed in one or two days, but had to wait five days.

Product is great and so was installation. Delivery was awful! They missed the 1st 4 delivery dates but finally made it on the 5th try.
