Early arrival, efficient and conscientious installation, friendly service and handy removal of old dishwasher. Definitely recommend and will use Best Buy again.

We purchased the Total Tech Support & Installation package and couldn’t be more pleased. Our delivery and installation was done by “On Par Installation, Inc”. We received notices the day before and the day of our appointment, even a call that they were ahead of schedule asking if okay to come early. Our installers were Alex and Ramon. They were amazing. Totally coordinated, efficient, neat and clean. They also explained select features of our new appliances. They were professional and polite. It took about 2 1/2 hours to remove old, install new, connect, test and demo. They went the extra step to remove doors even where there was clearance but close. Very respectful of us and our home. These guys were very efficient. I joke that they could have cut the boxes open, unpackaged, installed and connected appliances while blindfolded. Highly, highly recommended. This company is a keeper.

These guys were great - our old unit was installed prior to kitchen remodel that include tiling the floor. As a result, it was “tiled in” at a lower elevation than the floor so installers had to literally cut the feet off the old unit to remove. Installing the new unit was same problem in reverse - feet had to be adjusted to minimum elevation to provide adequate clearance beneath the countertop - first the rear feet, the the front feet. Once in place, installers took turns impersonating Plasticman to adjust feet back up to proper elevation to match countertop. What a pain! It took awhile, but once they got started these guys were determined to make it work. It looks great now - you would never guess what a pain it was just looking at. They had to have lost money on this install, but my wife and I truly appreciate the hard work and patience this install required. If it breaks I guess we’ll just move.

The two member team removed my old dishwasher, brought in the new one and installed it. They spent the time needed to insure it was perfectly level and running with no leaks. The install was free with the top of the line Kitchen Aid and I highly recommend it if you want it done right.

My installer was so great! He was quick, quiet and professional. He arrived installed the dishwasher and left in under 45 minutes. He did not leave any mess and was very quiet. He even took the time to walk me through the features of my dishwasher! I was not expecting that!

The old dishwasher was leaking and I wanted to upgrade for efficiency and quieter operating. The service staff made a few plumbing improvements, installed the new dishwasher and it's working like I wanted.

I chose to have Best Buy install my new Dishwasher and remove my old one, and their crew did an exceptional job. I will be using them again.

It makes a big difference to get appliances installed by Best Buy Geek Squad technicians and not by their 3rd party people. We waited 3 weeks to get our new KitchenAid dishwasher delivered and installed, and it was worth the wait. This time we were lucky to get Arnold who arrived right on the dot on a Geek Squad big Van. He followed COVID guidelines to the tee, and his disposition and service attitude were right on point. He was quick, professional, and answered all my questions. He took all the boxes and packing with him (which was not the case with the 3rd party installers who left all the boxes and packing of new washer and drier) If I were given the choice, I would choose installation by the Geeks over a 3rd party.

Two guys for the install and the did a great job and were super fast. Less than an hour to install dishwasher, range. And fridge. Happy i paid for the professional install. Well worth the money.

Servicemen installed the new dish washer quickly and connected new drain and water intake hoses. No leaks and the dish washer runs quiet and is excellent for glassware and dishes.

The “Best Buy Contracted Gentleman(and his partner/trainee) who installed my dishwasher were professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did it. He represented his company and Best Buy with high regard. You could tell he took great pride in his work. Clearly he is an expert in this field. He worked with ease and relatively quickly. He(and his partner) left the area clean like they found it. They worked like a “well oiled machine.” Oh….and the LG dishwasher is great too.

Purchased as a part of a Samsung suite of appliances. It instantly upgraded my kitchen. The hidden controls give the unit a sleek look. It runs so quietly until it leaves you wondering if it is really on. Needless to say, I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Our removal and install was done in the most careful and considerate manner. It would have been very quick were it not for a quirk in our cupboard system. Even with that, the installer worked and worked to figure out how to make it all go in and it is perfect!

The installer was excellent. Quick, clean and professional. The machine itself cleans very good. Quiet doesn't begin to describe it. Lots of room. I'd recommend for anyone!

I have installed dishwashers, for myself and other family members, so I was hesitant to have Best Buy install it. Boy am I glad I had them install it for me. The installer had a difficult time installing the dishwasher because of the way the home was built. It took him way longer than he or I expected. He was extremely professional and careful installing the dishwasher. He kept me informed through the entire process and I watched him struggle with the installation. When he was done, the dishwasher looked and worked great. Honestly, if I tried to install the dishwasher, I would have returned it and put the old non working dishwasher back in! The way my house was built made this installation extremely difficult and way beyond anything I could have accomplished myself. The installer was AMAZING!!!
