Installed was great but they only gave him one size house which of course did not fit my fittings so I had to buy another one. Could not complete install

We had a dishwasher delivered, installed and the old one hauled away. The Geek Squad guys were wonderful to deal with. Extremely professional, while at the same time being friendly, funny and efficient. They definitely knew what they were doing and genuinely seemed to enjoy their job. Very refreshing in todays world of sometimes questionable customer service!

Installers were excellent! Scheduling was terrible! Installers were 1 1/2 hours late 9-12 delivery window. I sat at home for 4 1/2 hours not knowing where they were. Simple fix. Hire me to find out.

Hands down the worst customer service of my life! Ordered on cyber Monday for delivery and installation that Friday. Stayed home from work to be there and they never showed - they cancelled and didn’t notify me. 2 hours on the phone with Best Buy later and I reschedule for the following Friday. Friday morning, I get a notification that delivery is now scheduled for Saturday, but installation is still Friday. That’s right - installation is now BEFORE delivery even though I ordered them together and you can’t install something that hasn’t been delivered! 2 more hours on the phone with Best Buy and they reschedule for the following Wednesday - 12 days after original installation was scheduled. Wednesday comes and they show up, but the machine doesn’t work and they have to take it back and replace it. They also didn’t bring everything that’s supposed to come with it. A couple hours later, at 9:30pm, I miss a call and get a voicemail saying I need to reschedule the new installation. I call back in 3 minutes and there’s no record that it wasn’t installed and am told I have to call them back at some point in the future to reschedule. The next day I call back and after another hour, have it scheduled for the following week. They also notice my address isn’t the same as in my profile, so they offer to update it. I take it thinking, “what could possibly go wrong?” The following monday (17 days after original schedule) it’s scheduled again for delivery and I get a call at 6pm, an hour after the window, that they’re at my address and it’s a hospital. THE BEST BUY PERSON UPDATED MY ADDRESS TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!!! Literally making up new ways to screw things up! At this point I ask to cancel the order and am told I HAVE TO CALL THEM back to do that once their system updates. I pushback that that should be their job and am promised they’ll do it. 2 days later after not hearing from them, I call back and they allow me to cancel and get a refund. But it’s not over! 5 days later, I look at my credit card and they refunded the dishwasher but not the $250 installation! I called back again and finally got the full refund. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Every call starts with an ask of my phone number so they can call me back and not once was I called back! I was transferred multiple times to lines that didn’t work or, in one case, internal IT support for Best Buy! I was told I’d get a peace offering after installation was finished based on how bad the process was for me as if I’m supposed to A) believe them or B) be happy that they’ll give me some undetermined future credit off a future purchase. This week, I called a small, local provider and they came and installed it in 48 hours with no issues. I’ll never buy an appliance from Best Buy again.

The dishwasher was installed by very competent installers -- well done!

Installer got the job done quickly and cleanly. We had reminder calls and texts for the appointment. The installer did a final call when they were on the way to our house. They were careful carrying in and hauling away and were properly masked up and respectful of distancing.

The installer was very effecient and seemed to know what he was doing. It went smoothly and he was very friendly. He cleaned up after himself. He also went through the details of using it and how to empty the food cup at the bottom. I would recommend this gentleman to anyone

The installation specialist was really informative and did a great job.

The men were a pleasure the have repair the dishwasher. The were neat and quiet and left the kitchen as clean as the founf it.

It is very efficient. I love the fact that it doesn't make noise while working.
